Environmental Related Hazards
There should be a hazard option to report any weather conditions like any objects on fire that are on the road or on the shoulder. I suggest this as I was just on the QEW and there was a grass fire that had cause heavy traffic and I went to report it and there was no option to. I feel if there were more environmental related hazards that could be available for reporting, it will not only inform other drivers of the situation so that they can navigate out of the way to prevent less of a traffic jam and…

You have hidden the App Exit button. It is not intuitive. Clearly no user testing was done. It is pretty frustrating to use this App right now

Hi a lot of the time there's not enough notice of a up-coming police / radar trap. I think this is caused by the fact that when a user enters the location they have driven at least 250/350 meters past the actual location. Please increase the warning to maybe 1 klm

See location of event posted in timeline of navigation .
Can you guys add a feature where in the timeline if you see an event such as crash,traffic,police if you click on the icon in the time line it will show you what milepost or the location of the event. So if there is a crash in your trip timeline If you click on the event it would show you where during your trip you will encounter that event. As of right now we have to scroll through the map in order to see upcoming events seen in the timeline.

I should be able to report Cool Birds I see
I’m always pointing out birds to others in the car on road trips and I think there should be a “Cool Bird” option on Waze so that I can point them out to others on the road.

Lane assist take half of screen in horizontal !!!
Why lane assist take half of my screen ? Why can't be resized, or with less info, or simply just highlited... This thing is driving me crazy...

Increase selected button visibility on Android Auto
When using Waze on Android Auto (new Mazda) the buttons are selected using the touch wheel. The selection is indicated by a thicker frame around the buttons. While driving, this marking is hardly detectable. Instead a more significant colour or cycling colour pattern would help to find the selected button.
Another problem on my Mazda head unit is that it is nearly impossible to select the answer on the popup if a given event is still present or not. Using the touch wheel I'm hardly able to select yes or no, because the marking is not visible at all. This…

Inclination / Slope Indicator
Display of inclination (rise/slope) and lateral inclination of the vehicle, based on the sensors of the used cell phone. Both values should be switched on separately. If the cell phone does not provide these values, the options are grayed out.
This can be used to optimize fuel consumption or for off-road safety.
The display should be in quasi-analog form, e.g. as a rotating wheel or as a pointer on a fixed scale to get a feel for the rate of change.

Orient the onscreen selection buttons (such as vehicles on side of road yes/no) to favor up and down motion of outstretched arm
While trying to select buttons with an outstretched arm, you are more likely to have your hand move up and down instead of left to right. I sometimes make an incorrect button selection because of the unintended motion of my hand at the outstretched position. Orienting the touch buttons to minimize the error due to up/down motion would be better than favoring left to right size which is how it currently is

Time saved vs detour tolerance slider
The biggest complaint I hear from non waze users is that it routes you a zig zag through a neighborhood or takes you off/on the highway to save 20 seconds.. I use it everywhere I go myself, still worth it BUT I do get annoyed when a significant amount of twists and turns if they don't end up being necessary.
I suggest a slider in settings in which the user could say "keep me on the most direct route unless it saves me at least" 3 minutes.. 5 minutes.. 10 minutes etc.

Versão cheia de problemas
Desde a última actualização o Waze está muito mau. Os icones pretos não são visualmente apelativos, antes estavam escondidos e agora ocupam demasiado do ecran o que torna a navegação menos apelativa pois cada vez menos mapa aparece e ainda por cima com icones pretos.
O modo noturno então está terrível... não faz qualquer sentido.
Outro problema foi deixar de ser possível pesquisar por voz, nesta versão também deixou de funcionar. Para finalizar, zoom in/zoom out completamante à toa sem razão nenhuma e a aplicação que nunca me bloqueou em anos agora é dia sim dia não a bloquear. Por…1 vote
