    Adding the ability to see the map and route for planned trips would be really helpfull when you want to see the ways you gonna ride
    Also, if you want to check the route from a location other than your current one, you can plan a ride and than change the destination but than you can't see the map.

    Je voulais vous soumettre une idée qui pourrait être très pratique et conviviale : un mode « Amis » pour les trajets en groupe.

    Le concept serait simple : lorsqu’on prend la route à plusieurs véhicules, on pourrait créer un groupe privé permettant de voir la position en temps réel de nos amis sur le trajet, mais uniquement entre les membres invités.

    Fonctionnement possible :

  3. Make user icons transparent near traffic cameras

    Sometimes when there are too many user icons beside traffic cameras(red light, speed cameras), they block/overlap the camera signs displayed on the map, making users harder to notice upcoming traffic cameras.

  5. Stop rerouting

    Stop rerouting me. I chose the roads I wanted to go on and it kept sending me on different roads. I was out of town so of course I didn't notice it changed me. It should stay on the route I choose and never leave that unless I give permission. I want to choose my own roads and Waze just stay on them. Please and thank you

  6. Look both ways when a road ends at a two-way road and you turn right

    When driving on a road that ends in a two-lane road and you want to turn right, you usually only look to the left to see if a vehicle is approaching.
    I think that in these cases, Waze should give a voice warning to check visually in both directions.
    It may happen that on the right side a vehicle is overtaking another and the driver is doing so on the opposite lane, the lane you intend to enter.
    The danger can increase if visibility is poor due to vegetation or other objects.

    In section measurement, a green line is displayed on the left in portrait mode, indicating which phase of the measured section I am in. In landscape mode, this bar is missing.     There are times I'm driving and want an alternate route to a unique destination. Let's say I'm driving to visit Aunt Millie that's 45 miles away. Traffic becomes very slow and I want to use an alternate route. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get to an alternate route nor which one is best. Being able to tap Voice request and ask to go to saved destination Aunt Mille would be a more efficient and safer method

    Current Issue:
    When using Waze through CarPlay or Android Auto, drivers and map editors cannot directly save or share a location from the Waze interface.
    To save a location, the driver must:
    1. Disconnect the phone from CarPlay/Android Auto.
    2. Open Waze on the phone.
    3. Select “Share location.”
    4. Exit the app.
    5. Paste the location into Notes or another app and manually add details.

    This process is complicated, distracting for the driver, and in some cases, can cause accidents.

  19. Why alternate routes are faster

    I drive to the same home twice a week, another location once a week, and run errands on Tuesdays. I use Waze not because I don’t know the routes, but to ensure I’m taking the path of least resistance.

    Waze often suggests a route different from my usual one — but I don’t know why. It would be extremely helpful if Waze could show a brief explanation such as “2 minutes faster due to traffic” or “avoids accident ahead.”

    Knowing the reason would help me trust Waze’s rerouting, especially when I have regular routes and driving habits.

  20. Distance / speed based voice guidance directions

    It used to be you can select how far from a turn or direction for guidance could be selected. You removed this quite some time ago. There used to be three or so options to choose from.

    I believe the distance options were 1400/1200 feet.; 750 feet; & 200 feet or something like this. This would be good because sometimes it takes to long to get the direction or it tells me too late or too far away.

    Or maybe make it speed dependent. That way if I slow down it's because I'm close and looking or if I'm going…
