I really like the child reminder feature. I think it would be more useful if you could set the reminder at the beginning of each Drive, instead of having it on for all drives. That way you're only getting the reminder when you actually have specified that there is a child in the car, instead of at the end of each Drive. Sometimes I have my child in the car and sometimes I don't, but I always get the reminder. I only want to get the reminder when I have my child in the car so that I'm not used to just dismissing it without checking. Thank you

I was delighted to see the option to turn on the baby in back reminder. Please make this feature automatic and fixed. All users will benefit. And those who opt out are probably the ones who need it most. I don't have a baby but occasionally have a grandchild in back. If you save one tiny life it is worth any annoyance some jack ass might feel.

OMG. I just noticed that there's setting for this. How sad. Now Waze is taking responsibility for making sure parents are responsible for their children. Wow, and I thought this was a navigation app, but apparently parenting is not too far off the beaten path. Actually, it might be better for the children to have an AI parent because humans clearly aren't up to the task.

This is an absurd idea. Anyone that needs their phone to remind them not to leave their children in the car should not have children, or be driving, or...

הצעה/בקשה:

בשם כל הורה ובכלל כל אזרח במדינת ישראל אנא הוסיפו אופציה של ״אל תשכח את התינוק״ למערכת.

כזו שתהיה דלוקה גם כאשר האפליקציה כבויה, ע״פ חיווי GPS כאשר הטלפון בתנועה.

אופן ההתנהלות הוא פשוט:

1. המשתמש/ת יצטרכו להגדיר באפליקציה כי הוא אכן הורה ומכאן הוויז ידע לשלוח התראות גם כאשר האפל׳ איננה בפעולה.

2. בתחילת נסיעה, שאלה פשוטה של:
״האם התינוק (אופציה להוסיף שם) איתכם?״

3. בהגעה ליעד (כאשר וויז מופעל) או כאשר ישנה עצירה מוחלטת למעל ל4 דקות, תעלה השאלה:
״לקחתם את התינוק?״
באותו אופן שקופצת השאלה ״וויז מזהה האטה בתנועה, האם זיהית פקק?״.

זה הכל, ״המציל נפש אחת כאילו הציל עולם ומלואו״ בהנחה ורק תינוק אחד ניצל - כל הפיתוח היה שווה את זה.

Due to the widespread phenomena of children left in vehicles, you can add an option for parents, when you say 'you have reached your destination', to add 'make sure you didn't leave anyone in the car'.

כאן בישראל קיימת תופעה שנהגים שוחכים את הילדים באוטו, והרבה פעמים זה נגמר באסון. ההצעה שלי היא להוסיף הודעת תזכורת קולית בעת סגירת האפליקציה, לבדוק שלא שכחו ילדים באוטו.

אני חושב שזה צריך להיות בהגדרות של ווייז - "האם אתה מסיע ילדים?" ולא בחירה בכל נסיעה ונסיעה, שזו יותר טרחה. מי שיגדיר שהוא מסיע ילדים, יקבל התראה מיד לאחר כיבוי הווייז. מי שיגדיר שאינו מסיע ילדים, לא יקבל את ההתראה הזו.
בכל מקרה מדובר ברעיון מבורך וחשוב

I wonder why you don't popup a voice alert and a message that say "Check if you forget some one in your car" when the ride ends.

המערכת יכולה פשוט לתזכר את הנהג, רגע לפני ההגעה ליעד, או בזמן כיבוי האפליקציה בזמן ניווט.
