Ik wacht al zo lang op de nav voor de caravan.

Ça serait une bonne chose si waze était aussi pour les poid lourds et serait utile pour les caravanes .actuellement j'utilise un vieux gps poid lourd pour les vacances en montagne si non je serais souvent confronté à une problématique de trajet qui n'est pas conçu pour le passage de caravanes.

I understand the difficulty in arranging an option for truck drivers but would it be possible to just make an extra option where you can just avoid parkways on the app settings for us non truck but commercial vehicle drivers of smaller commercial vehicles like Van's?

Quand on a un monospace avec un coffre de toit on ne passe pas à 2m comme par exemple le duplex de l’A86. Et c très chiant quand on connaît pas car le gps nous redirige sythematiquement vers le tunnel

I’ve flipped past quite a few reviews, on here, and other trucking forums. Bottom line? Most truckers I associate with use Waze when their primary goes down or can’t find a particular route. BUT, when you ask them if they would use Waze (because of the great features, ie where is po-9!) it’s a loud and resounding YES! Come on Waze, as many have stated; we would use Waze solely and 99% of the time if you could add heights/weights AT LEAST. :) PS - I’d personally be OK with a monthly subscription plan to help get it done!

Come on Waze, I use you everyday, it's great. We've just bought a caravan so a 'caravan setting' would be the icing on the cake!

Hauteur et largeur, svp, on vient de se retrouver à faire des manœuvres de fou et abîmer un petit peu la voiture malgré la gymnastique artistique réussie de mon mari dans une rue indiquée par waze pour redescendre un village du Portugal. C etait déjà arrivé en Corse. Merci d avance de faire la mise a jour si possible, ou effacer ces petites routes impossibles, trop étroites.

Salve, vorrei proporre la mia idea che credo sia ottima quanto attesa. Si potrebbe inserire la possibilità di scegliere veicoli di grandi dimensioni quali camion e caravan. A seguito della scelta il navigatore dovrebbe evitare automaticamente strade troppo strette o con ponti bassi. Insomma calcolare itinerari adeguati al veicolo scelto. Credo che questa modifica sarebbe ottimale. Altri navigatori consentono tale scelta opzionale. Spero che questa idea risulti costruttiva e quanto prima sviluppata. Saluti Massimiliano.
Hi, I would like to propose my idea that I think is excellent as expected. The possibility of choosing large vehicles such as trucks and caravans could be included. Following selection, the navigator should automatically avoid roads that are too narrow or with low bridges. In short, calculate appropriate itineraries for the chosen vehicle. I believe this change would be optimal. Other navigators allow this optional choice. I hope this idea is constructive and developed as soon as possible. Greetings Massimiliano.

Waze staff repeatedly says they won't do it for liability issues.

My assumption is they fear that if a truck/RV is using Waze in truck mode, and ends up on a height/weight/route restricted road that wasn't flagged as such, the driver will try to pin the blame on Waze...even though they drove by multiple signs saying they shouldn't be there.

I often tow a caravan and have to keep to legal limits for towing so ETA is always way out. Please let us set limits for towing
