there should be a special format for trucks and easier routes for large trucks... many times Waze sends me to make curves of more than 90 degrees and with trucks that measure 10 meters or more. Please help us truckers with a special format mainly for the difficult routes for these large and heavy vehicles. I live in Costa Rica, Central America. It would be very useful to help us with some improvement of the application. Thank you.

Show weight limits on streets for example 3.5T , 5T and such, as a van driver I struggle sometimes to find a route myself to go around a street that has a less then 3.5 Tones limit or bridge that has a height of less than 3.2 meters. It would be really useful if you could make a note of these limits and automatically save time.

In UK , it’s a big time problem while setting a route for Vans ( Short wheel base) as they are size of XUV . And some tunnels are restricted by law for Vans . But Waze has no option to avoid such routes . I would strongly suggest to facilitate this option so that drivers don’t get stuck at the very last moment to re- route right in ur middle of very heavy traffic. There should be option to permanently avoid such tunnels and roads .

It would be great in vehicle choice to be able to select van and then all speed limits being applicable to van. E.g on dual carriageway speed limit for a car is 70 but a van is 60mph. Police are now increasingly enforcing this as before a blind eye was often turned.

That it would be possible to configure the routes with a truck, in order to use paths where the vehicle can pass without difficulty.

Campers hate low bridges

Have settings for campers. They’re very popular and very tall compared to cars.

The height of some campers makes them unable to pass under some bridges. Allow for alternate routes to keep drivers safe

i dont know if this is already an option im unaware of but

could we have an option for van drivers ? as i was in london and waze kept bringing me to the thames tunnel which cant be accessed by vans. If this is not an option than could you please add more routes ? as i had to bring up google maps as waze kept bringing me to the tunnel even wehn i had gone quite further along.

and is there an option for reporting speed cameras ? as i found that quite a few were not showing on the m4 from london to bristol ?

Waze has been a great app to use both private and for work only problem is I work all around London and it's so hard nowerdays to get around without coming across width and height restrictions.even them stupid flower pots that block most of the main ways into back streets from a main road it would be great if they added all that in I would happily pay for something like that too .

I'm a tow truck driver and In my down time I try to respond to vehicles pulled over on the shoulder. Many times it's truck drivers sleeping. Please add an option to click car vs truck when alerting a vehicle pulled over so I can assist the motorists that need help faster. Thanks!
