I would like to asking for help on the ways when I drive my truck:
1) Aginst low bridges.
2) When a road/way/streets unforbiddne and close for trucks.
3) Hours that trucks not allowed to go there.

Anyone driving truck or traveling full-time in their RV knows the GPS solutions for them are limited at best. In the US there are over 15 million trucks on the road, another 9 million RV's, over 3 million of those are full-time travelers like ourselves. A platform like WAZE that integrates special restrictions for RV and truck such as length, weight and height would be invaluable. I have no doubt many would gladly pay for this option, I know I would!

שלום לכם, כנוהג על משאית אבקש עזרתכם בהתראות מקדימות לטובת רכב כבד:
1) גובה של גשרים "המתאים" למשאית.
2) כביש\ דרך\ רחוב\ נתיב בהם אין כניסה למשאית.

באם תהיה אפשרות שבהכנסת נתוני המשאית (משקל, גובה, סוג וכד') לתכנית תוכל Waze לכוון נכונה, תיפתר בעיה מטרידה לטובת כל הנוהגים.

It would help truck drivers not familiar with an area avoid being ticketed for using restricted roads.

This is also very good for us with motorhomes out driving in Europe for vacation. :)
Another is availability to add POI's for empty water tanks, toilets etc. Now have to use park4night for this, but they have a good way to send the destination to waze.

Hi! Already has GPS especially for trucks in USA and CANADA. But they are so lazy and we cant trust in that information about traffic. What i suggest is... Waze can development a TRUCK VERSION (Paid or not) specific for TRUCKS with all the ROAD ATLAS information in there, like bridges clearance, streets were trucks cant go, and all the important information for us truck drivers.
If this version need be a paid version i think a lot of divers like me still wanna.

I agree there needs to be an RV setting (excessive height and especially length). I love using Waze but on a trip cross country with our 32 foot travel trailer we were routed through Washington D.C. during Friday rush hour. We made it out without a scratch but I don't know how! The streets got narrower and the parked cars closer on each block we traveled. Please work on a solution. Thanks!

RV's and Semi Trucks in the USA can be tall and need to stay clear of certain overpasses. Rand McNally offers navigation specifically for vehicles that cannot clear an over pass that sits lower than 13'4". It would be nice if WAZE offered the same service.

Yes I really like Waze. But I found out side of the area I live the laws drastically change. I got dirty looks and warnings from drivers in NY because I wasn't allowed in my bus on any parkway. This is also true in CT, It would be nice to not get in trouble following the time saving routes that are set up by Waze. I hope you can soon develop a program to do this.
