Please for RV and towing

Waze could also just learn my average/top speed.
When I use Garmin, the ETA adjusts within half an hour when I go on vacation and start towing a caravan.

But profiles would be useful too. Am I driving my car or my truck, Waze should know the speed and the roads forbidden for either type.

In the Waze editor you can make restrictions for cars, taxi, busses, trucks and a few more, but it can't be selected in the app.

Also, Waze need to know when I'm driving 80 km/h on motorway, it is not due to heavy traffic, but because I'm towing a trailer.

Indicate truck drivers with bridge dimensions that they are approaching, to avoid cargo carsh & damdge and risk of life.

I see many truckers on roadways they shouldn't be on (parkways and drives), backing up traffic for miles. If they use Waze and are taken onto those roadways, not good. A truck/ bus route feature would be great!

Sou usuário do app todos os dias o dia inteiro, por isso estou passando por aqui para dar-lhes duas pequenas sugestões para melhorar o app que já é um dos melhores.

Primeira sugestão;
Tomei várias multas na marginal com meu veículo considerado pesado pois o app só avisa os limites de velocidade como veiculo leve. Nas Marginais tomei multas a 70 km por hora e o Waze não me avisou dos radares por conta de ele não saber se é considerado pesado ou não. Ele só avisa ao passar dos 90km sendo que os pesados só pode rodar a 60 km. Seria legal o usuário poderá regular o app e optar pra ele avisar dos radares de acordo com o veículo que ele irá usar, pesado ou leve.

Segunda sugestão:

Outros apps colocam um rugido chato para ao chegar no radar, se o motorista passar da velocidade fica fazendo um barulhao até o motorista reduzir a velocidade.
No Waze não é assim!!
O app só avisa do radar uma vez apenas e ainda só se o motorista estiver acima da velocidade. Depois do aviso, se o usuário passar da velocidade até chegar ao radar o Waze não avisa mais nada.
Isso deveria mudar como sugeri ali em cima com um alerta chato se o motorista passar da velocidade até chegar ao radar pois na maioria das vezes tomamos multas por distração e não por estarmos correndo.

Mudando isso é cinco estrelas na certa!!

Would it be possible to have a category for vehicles towing caravans or large trailers. I love the app, we regularly use it but avoid motorways while towing but sometimes it takes us through some tight spots.

Not just for big rigs, but for towing a trailer as well. More than once I've gotten into a dicey situation following the route only to find it's taking me someplace I have no business going with a 24' trailer!!!

Another vote for RV mode (height, weight, narrow road restrictions). Please! this would be so useful to so many!

In order to prevent high tracks and buses to collide with a overhead bridge or a tunnel is it possible to indicate in Waze the hight of your car and to get a worrying in the event that one approaches a pass which is too low.

Please please pretty please! I've been saying this for years. Been using Waze for several years and just found this voting forum. I put in three votes for it.

Also I've been begging Google to do the same with Maps. Everyone please beg them too.

While I get your frustration, I don't see how this is Waze's issue. A public street is a public street. And how do you know that every driver you see is using Waze? And state DOTs regulate public infrastructure, not apps....

When will Waze support commercial or towing vehicles?

I've happily used Waze for many years now, and this is the only addition that it's missing. Come on waze developers make it happen please.
