Application is amazing but you do need walking mode.

A walking mode would have been wonderful as me and my friend were exploring downtown dallas and we assumed we would be able to use waze to let us know how to use the metro system and be able to track each other while we were separated. If waze had a walking and public transit mode it would take over the GPS industry completely.

I do not drive but I like being with someone driving who uses Wayz. Please put a walking mode in!

A walking mode would be great for college students

Going to a mall, you could put in the store, park, and get continued directions to the store in the mall.

Please keep Waze a vehicle-centric app. Other apps are better suited for walking.

What about when you travel and you walk. You need the walking route.
