I am a pregnant woman in my third trimester so I don't want to walk far. Where is the option to choose how far I prefer to walk for pick up or drop off?

I found this option usefull when i park my car at not a formal parking site as near a forest or beach area and i need to get back to it.
The waze navigation mechanisim sometime use roads to bring me back to my car thinking i am driving. while I am walking.
More function is recording my path so when i want to get back the path will be already known without obsticals.

Google by foot is a laugh, at most annoying, but most importantly frustrating!
Waze should have a walking option asap, now!

Integrate walking, train and bus schedules like Google maps has. This way I would need one app for all my traveling needs. Thank you.

Yes I use car and bicycle mode; walking mode would make the application more friendly and suitable especially for walkers. It takes longer time to walk using car or bicycle mode.

Yes I walk from the parked car to quite far away, and it helps to have a walking mode. Perhaps a bicycle mode as well?

I can see that your app specializes on people who drive (use a car) on Cities, but in my city the majority of the people walk or used public transportation so I was thinking if you would like to add special features designed specifically for pedestrians with features of safety and suggestions of routes? I love using waze, but I feel if you add more features to waze like walking directions, transit directions, bike directions and other features like linking Uber and lyft accounts to your app so you can request those types of rides from there too would be awesome. If you made it able for people to the waze for both drivers and riders instead of using another app would be prefect also. It would just have so many benefits to this app without having to download so many other apps. Then it could involve from there.

Waze records where my car is parked when I shut Waze down. Therefore I need a walking mode so that I can find where I left my car, since I won't be driving while I'm using Waze to walk back to the car.
This should be a temporary option, and not on by default, as the car may have been driven without Waze running. It also needs to be able to work without a network connection.
Walking mode could be automatically disabled when I get close to the car, or just when my speed exceeds walking pace.
Walking mode could be enabled by a button on screen that only shows when stationary, and when not navigating. Ideally it should be combined with a "find my car" button.

There should be a walking mode. When I'm in Philadelphia or New York this would help if there was a walking mode!! This way I could find my way while walking.Please add soon!! Thanks so much!! Joel

Since Waze is an international app, there should be a walking version, so that when you are in a place unfamiliar to you, you can use Waze for walkers, just as you would when you visit somewhere for the first time and it is the Waze navigation app that helps you.

Why isn’t there a walking version of Waze?
