walking mode button

Have you thought about a walking mode button.So if you have waze on you don't get false data that traffic is at a stand still when you are walking.

    Yes , I would love that instead of having to use two different apps, Waze is such a great up, I'm surprised they don't have that mode

    I would like to use Waze while walking I just have to switch back to Google Maps

    Sure it will be great to be able to choose walking mode. It is really good to walk to the car's parking place!!!!

    I use waze all the time. I'd really like to use it in pedestrian mode,I'm really surprised it's not available??

    Waze is great navigator in driving. it would have been great if we could use it while walking.

    Hi. I love this ap. Use it every time i drive my car. But when i ride my bicykle i also want to use waze. But there is no options for that, and that is so sad. The same is for when i am walking and want to use waze, no opitions for that. Cant u fix so that u can use this wonderfull app when u use bicykle or walking. With best regards Tina

    com essa ideia ajudaria muitos os caminhoneiros utilizar o aplicativo em questão, pos so tento a opçao carro, eles tem dificuldade para saber onde eles podem andar, nao conhecendo a localidade que eles estao

    Obvious improvement. And if already engineered, too difficult to access. Where's the button that asks me to choose between "drive" and "walk"?

    I wanted to switch my Waze to walking mode several times. But I did not find this option. So I decided finally to google. And found out it is not there.
    I can not believe it!!!
    Such a great app like Waze does not have walking mode? Why???
    Is it so difficult to add it? I am sure not.
    Please add it ASAP.

    I walk a lot because I live in the city. I just drive for work. Would love love love to see the Waze application add a walking option! I would never have to use Google Maps again!

    This id what Google maps is for. Waze is for driving.

    I already talk with some developer :( we are a lot to ask this option sadly
    "WAZE is GPS Made for Car not to pedestrian people..."

    this was asked since January 27th 2012...

    :( that's one reason of why post idea aren't usefull

    Yes please! Walking and bus/tram mode. Please please please- Id pay for that even though the app drains my battery!
