Screw Google, the real reason they changed this is for ADVERTISING dollars plain and simple. Facebook has the most advanced spying algorithms to make a nice personal profile of you and bombard you with advertisements. that's the real money people. As of today after 3 years app is getting uninstalled and all of my friends and family I have gotten to use it are going to erase it too.

I do not use FB because I feel it invades my privacy. Why would I want hundreds of people to be able to track where I am every time I use the app? It should be able to be used with a small amount of friends who I trust and want to know where I am. Please fix this. FB isn't the answer.

Don’t want to link Facebook to waze. Simply want to be able to navigate to a friends house via the app. I can do it in google maps, so why no waze. Please fux

Got a new phone, tried using restore password to no avail. Waze basically forced me to create a new account, through Facebook. Now I have lost the ability to connect to any of my phone contacts, plus I lost 3 years worth of my user account. This is ridiculous - allow us to use our phone contacts to find friends. I am NOT connecting my driving habits to Facebook for reasons that should surprise no rational software design team!

I completely agree with any one here and i do not understand why you don't listen waze team.
How come only Facebook login and no Google login in app. Why only Facebook contacts not waze contacts. I would like to add few real contacts not hundred imaginary ones. How about if we don't have it don't use FB. Are they paying you or you don't our contacts?

Waze needs to allow users to add any friends they want separate from Facebook. Waze has zero need to know my Facebook friends and Facebook has zero need regarding my waze data. This is a huge invasion of privacy. If I am going to be force to eventually sign into Facebook to use Waze I’m deleting Waze permanently and will never use it again. I’ll just pay GM to annually update the navagation system in my car to avoid Waze and Facebook infringement on my privacy.

Please restore ETA sharing among non-FB contacts. Do not force FB on people. There is an increasing number of apps with traffic/police/accident monitoring feature available, so not too many things keep non-FB Waze users back from uninstalling Waze and changing to another app.

Contact on phones are nearby thus can share drive etc. FB? Are they really friends? Nope! I've seen someone with over 3K so called FB friends but then she doesn't know even two third of these people. 'nuff said

If you have linked your contacts to Waze, you can share your route and location enroute with anyone in your contact book. I am not sure, but I think all they need is to have Waze installed on their phone. They get a text with a link that opens Waze.

I never have and never will use Facebook. Please fix this feature Waze.
