I totally agree with the Mad Martian's comment. All my votes, $5.00, anything! Just give me an option to turn off KFC, etc.. I am never going to a KFC, so I guess it is good to know where they are so they can be avoided!

I'd pay for an ad free Waze

I have recently started seeing ads that. fill the top third of the screen, cover and dim the main. It is necessary to tap the map to remove them.

Not only is this extremely annoying, it is a dangerous distraction. In the UK where we have a hands-free law, it is probably illegal too. And no, I don't believe a timeout can get around that.

I don't mind the MacD icons or whatever but obscuring the navigation defeats the object of the app. Think carefully before continuing this policy Waze Google.

Pop up adds on a sat-nav apps are distracting, dangerous & annoying.

Not only would I pay for an ad-free version, but I make a point of never using a business that advertises on my phone. That's like seeing ads on my underwear. Not cool. I spent 3 votes on this feature and would spend all 10 if the system allowed me to.

Waze was a great app. Now spoiled by ads, ghosts and other bs. Had to go back to Google Maps.

The ads are distracting and annoying and get in the way of use.

Create a version that allows me to pay a monthly subscription fee to avoid the ads.

Adds don't bother me much for now but I would definitely pay for the app without them and more features added

I agree, it won't let me vote for this despite the fact that I have 10 votes remaining, but I would pay good money to remove these f*cking adverts. If not, I shall simply move myself over to google maps (no ads in my country AFAIK) or indeed Apple Maps, however much I disagree with it.

I hate the feeling of a half-screen ad displaying while I am trying to follow directions, requiring me as a single driver to take my eyes off the road and hands off the controls to dismiss - it makes my blood boil.
