You're driving a car, not an airplane ;) ... what would an altitude indicator really buy you qua functionality: you can cut down on speed as the next kilometer is going down? So you would constantly look at Waze to see whether you can slow down?

I think there are more important things still missing in Waze, just my 2c.

I'd like to have indicated by waze the raising or lowering of altitude in the next km and the level of gps signal (maybe using a sort of wifi style indicator in the pinpoint button on the lower right).

Show the altitude when traveling or at any place.

An altimeter reading saying at what altitude you are driving is very helpful as road signs showing it are rare.

It would be great if Waze included an altimeter.

J'avais ça sur TomTom et c'était bien pratique quand on roule en montagne d'avoir affiché l'altitude sur l'écran de la carte

Fine tune AVOID TOLLS feature - while it Avoid Tolls is a nice feature, it can result in real convoluted driving. On the other hand, there should be a way to prevent Waze from sending you on a $10+ bridge just to save 5 minutes travel.

Elapsed time - Since routes change, as does arrival time, it would be nice to know what the original PROJECTED vs. ACTUAL arrival time was.
