We need a save option with maybe folder
Be great to have a save option with a folder to save directions and routes with editing, sometimes the same route might need to be taken without motorways, when the same route might need them.

Avoid Thomas Hill Rd, Madison, IN 47250
We have semi tractor trailer traffic that comes from North and East that is directed from the main highways to take Thomas Hill Rd. This is not a semi tractor trailer safe road. It is one lane, windy, and no guard rails with many sharp turns. They get stuck and have to be towed back out. This causes degradation of the road at a higher rate than normal erosion, it is very unsafe, uses county resources to remove them, etc. THey are trying to get to the power plant that is at the bottom of this hill. Allow setting a maximum number of toll gates in route planning
Dear Waze Product Team,
I have a suggestion that would greatly benefit users travelling in toll-gated cities like Dubai.
Feature: Allow users to specify a maximum number of Salik toll gates they are okay with during a route search.
For example: “Avoid more than 2 Salik gates”
Waze would then show routes that meet this preference, while also displaying the number of Salik gates per route.
This feature would help users:
Control toll expenses and plan budgets.
Avoid surprises from unexpected toll gates.
Choose routes tailored to personal priorities (shortest time vs. fewer tolls).

Option to stay off interstate but stay on highways
We need a new option to only avoid Interstates. Sometimes I want to travel a decent road but just not on the interstate itself. If I pick the current avoid interstates and freeways option it sends me on every backroad there is. I still want to travel highways and decent roads.

A new route suggestion
I would like to have a route suggestion that is "no traffic and no stop lights".
I'm driving a stick (manual car) and prefer to drive longer but to be "on the move" rather than get there faster sitting in traffic or stop lights.1 vote -

A feature that tells you the weather along your route would be a fantastic addition to Waze!
I think having a feature that tells you what the weather is like on your route would be a huge asset! Is that possible?

Monitor time at intersections to help determine routing choices.
I would like Waze to take in to account either the maximum time / average time a driver spends at a particular traffic light before continuing to drive. There are certain lights with really long timing that I avoid when Waze tries to route me that way. I don't think Waze considers long lights when routing. Typically would matter more for local routing than long distance routing.

Can you just make my usual route as a default route please?? Otherwise what’s the point to highlight that’s my usual route? Apart from the road closed situation I would only want to do my usual route every day. I don’t care about how bad the traffic is I just need the most simple route. Every time when I forgot to change to my usual route, it will direct me to somewhere I never known and complex route!! Such a pain

An option to disable the ‘similar ETA’ options
I’m unsure if it’s a bug or what, but Waze has the feature where it will recommend alternate routes mid-drive if it’s a similar ETA or sometimes a few minutes faster. But recently it’s been consistently recommending much slower routes. Like a 20 minute drive where it highlights another option splitting off labeled ‘9 mins slower’ or ‘2mins slower’ not even similar ETA. It feels like clutter and useless for my drive since I would never pick a slower route that would add 50% more time to my drive, and it can be distracting from time to time. Just a…

waze should update the new Awas speed camera (the new one that will be start at june)
Malaysia PLUS highway and Lebuhraya Karak will have some new speed camera Awas. Waze should add the newest Speed camera location in the maps/routes immediately as the speed camera system will be start at June (Now).
And the new Awas is "Average speed camera" , means that user can't just brake when waze alert that there is speed camera. They need to stable their speed to below the speed limit. (So waze should make a system to alert for this)1 vote -

Add a Selection of how much time you would need to save in order to change the standard directions to a re-route
This is my favorite navigation app. It is easy to read and gives great directions. The only negative part is that it will have you drive pretty far just to save a minute or two if they could add a feature where the user could of how many minutes are saved by leaving the more standard route, it would be absolutely perfect.
The worse directions I have received have been 1) Getting off a Los Angeles freeway exit, to only return right back on and 2) drive an additional 3 miles to improvement the total time by one single minute.

Gosto muito do aplicativo e uso diariamente, mas gostaria de sugerir uma melhoria: que o Waze permita ao usuário configurar um limite mínimo de economia de tempo para sugerir rotas mais longas.
Muitas vezes o app propõe rotas consideravelmente maiores em distância ou complexidade apenas para economizar 1 ou 2 minutos, o que nem sempre compensa em termos de consumo de combustível, desgaste do carro ou conforto.
Uma solução simples seria oferecer uma configuração para priorizar rotas mais curtas, exceto quando a alternativa for significativamente mais rápida (por exemplo, 5 minutos ou mais).

Il est difficile de faire un démarrage en côte avec une essence notamment pour les jeunes conducteurs. Du coup si l'option de pouvoir éviter les pentes, les côtes cela pourrait peut être aider nos jeunes conducteurs

Stop recommending Residential Streets
We have had 2 hit n runs in this last week (borderline totaled if not). These drivers do not live on our street. They use our residential street as a cut through.
