Road interdiction in Car Play and Android Auto
This week I came across a detour due to a closure of a road that was under repairs.
I looked for the option in Car Play and couldn't find it.It is impossible to drive through an unexpected situation of changing routes, diverting through a place that you are still trying to understand while disconnecting the device from the car to look for the interdiction option.
Concern increases as we are on the verge of events when the number of closures increases significantly.
Please add the option to Car Play and Android Auto.

Extra options when asked about hazards or Police still present
When asked if a vehicle is still a hazard or if Police are still at scene may the following (or similar) be added as options:
- vehicle still there but not a hazard anymore
- Police are on the other side of the road
- Police not conducting speed check duties (at scene for a Police incident)

I received a couple of speeding tickets while driving with Waze.
I have been using Waze for more than 5 years. However, recently I have received a couple of speeding tickets while driving with Waze. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I try to claim compensation from Waze?

Error en nombre y teléfono de la Defensoria Penal Publica en Aysen
Escribo de parte de la Defensoria Penal Publica en Coyhaique para solicitar que arreglen nombre y teléfono de nuestras oficinas ya que han generado un gran problema con nuestros usuarios.
El nombre correcto es Defensoria Penal (con N no con Ñ) Publica y nuestros teléfonos son 67- 2240872/73. No sé de dónde sacaron el que publican pero no es nuestro e impiden que nuestros usuarios se contacten con nosotros.

Ease of correspondence
When talking with those at Ways concerning a route change, the correspondence between the wayzer and those working on the change needs to be more simple and no isolated. To be able to real time chat between the two to get to the final solution should be much better laid out and accessible than the current setup..

When a user approaches a collision, they should be able to report which direction they had to shift to. i.e Alert to merge left
When sitting in a traffic jam due to accidents or construction, users should be able to report which way (lane) to shift to so other users behind them can prepare to merge sooner and ease some congestion. Similar to reporting a vehicle on shoulder.

Reports
Reports should be at least 2 miles sooner. By the tume i get a verbal report of accident, crash, traffic its to late to get off the expressway or go a different route, im already in the situation.

Potential Bug: Reporting traffic does not change road color with MPH to indicate slowdown
I’m not sure if this is a bug or intentional but when reporting traffic (not heavy or standstill just the first traffic option) it adds the icon to the map but does not change the map color with MPH to indicate traffic like heavy or standstill.
Just thought I would share these with the Waze team. Thanks!
