Estimating the time to pass tunnels using average speed
When Waze suggests a path with a tunnel, the estimation time is always incorrect, and I cannot conclude that this is the best route. For example, if the time to pass a tunnel without traffic is 2 min and I pass it in 10 min (because of traffic), then after I came out of the tunnel, the estimation time become +8 min. I think Waze uses instantaneous velocity and GPS location to estimate traffic. In tunnels, GPS doesn't work (and many of tunnels don't have beacons), so Waze does not compute traffic in tunnels. This issue can be easily fixed using the entering time and exit time to calculate the average speed in tunnels.

Minimal voice
I like voice navigation, but the notifications for each turn is excessive for me. It would be great if there was a voice that have only one notification 30 seconds or so before each turn. Thanks for the great product.

Fuelly (mileage/fuel tracking) integration
Integrate with Fuelly app/account for mileage tracking and fuel use.
Bidirectional: e.g. fuel price reporting on fill up, % of miles since last fillup at highway or town speeds, Fuelly community (by vehicle type/model).

C AREA MILAN
It would be a great improvement for waze if you could add a warn for entrance doors of Milan's C area.

Be able to avoid roads that are over a certain speed limit!
We should be able to set the navigation to avoid certain roads that go over a certain speed limit that we should choose. Like if i want to avoid roads that go over 80km/h waze should be able to help me find a route like that. Or maybe I want to avoid roads that go over 60km/h or I want to only go on roads that have bike routes!! Please make this a feature.

Include NEW ALERT for the type of camera radar
Include NEW ALERT for the type of camera radar:
In Spain on the A2 - KM8 (Madrid) direction Barcelona there is a camera radar, which is fine if you speak on the phone or if you play gps.4 votes -
Posted speed trap alert
Many streets have built-in speed traps. You know -- the speed is 40 mph, and is a sensible speed for that road, but then for no reason it drops to 25 mph for a half-mile (and there's no school, residences, sharp turns, etc in the road). These are all about revenue generation for the local municipality, and not about road safety.
I would like to be able to report a posted speed trap on the map (and the map should be able to identify many candidates for potential posted speed traps), and then after Waze through some TBD process determines that it's an obvious revenue-generation change in the speed limit, the app would give riders the option of either an alert when approaching one, or the ability to set a preference to always route around posted-limit speed traps, even if it adds a little extra time to the drive.

Voice instrction
Hello,
I am a diligent and passionate user of waze. I want you to integrate a function that allows you to choose that the traffic voice instruction should be spoken once at half distance rather than 3 times.
Best regards.
Excellent day.

Bottom menu on left or right in landscape mode
When in landscape mode, top and bottom bars decrease the height of the interface a lot. Bottom bar should be on the left or on the right to have more height for the map

OPTION: Hide your home address/work address from main settings screen
If I ever lose my phone, it's too easy for someone to open the Waze app and see where I live and where I work. An option to hide those would be good.

To small numbers
Hi, i have updated to the latest version of waze. While driving, i always mount my phone in landscape position (90 degrees)
I realized that the guide of remaining distance and remaining minutes has gone in tilt position. It only appear sometimes bit to small to read it. Need magnifying glass to read the number remaining minutes and kilometers.
This is so troublesome and not user friendly. I wiah i could downgrade it to the previous version where i can read it easily.
Fyi, i am using it on Huawei P9. Really hope you can fix this in the soonest possible.. Thank you.
Jai.

App stays on "searching networks" even after reception resumes
We need a "Refresh connection" button when searching networks is happening.
I was driving on a mountain road where reception was poor so waze would lose connection often, but even after I got to the next town with full bars it would say in red "searching networks" and wouldnt connect. I restart the app to establish connection.

Remove "Good Morning" and replace it with the street name you're driving on
What's the point of wasting the whole bottom of the screen with goodmorning. Instead show the street name you're driving on. Especially important with emerging technology. I have a GPS rearview mirror which I'd like to leave on (NOT in navigation mode since i'm not navigating most of the time but just driving) Now if the bottom of the screen then I can follow written instructions someone wrote me on a paper and I can confirm it matches the street I'm driving on .
