Speed limit announcement
It would be nice if speed limits on the motorways could already be announced in advance (with distance information, e.g. 120 km/h in 800 m). I got to know and love this function in Sygic Car Navigation...
This saves fuel and brakes...

Enable speed and associated icons to be placed on the left or the right side of the navigation screen at drivers discretion
Currently speed icons only display on right side of navigation screen. I drive a right hand drive car and speed icons are obscured by steering wheel and indicator stalks. It would be nice to have option to display the icons on the left or the right side of navigation screen at driver's discretion to facilitate clearer display depending on car navigation screen installed position.

Upcoming Speed limit
It would be great if Waze could give a(n optional) warning if a speed limit comes up (similar to construction area warning). This enables the driver to lower the speed before - instead of brake down the speed when the limited zone begins.
This would be very helpful especially on German motorways, which haven’t a general limit and where you have to brake hard e.g. before construction areas.25 votes -
Speeding Camera icon
I suggest that the Speeding Camera icon can be more obvious or may be larger on map.. Coz I sometimes I mistook the icon as other wazers.. Or wazer icons are too much to cover over the speeding camera icon... Thank you for reviewing my feedback.

Possible crash detect, crash guardian and SOS button
IT'S possible detect a crash using sensors of telefone and open a big menu (1. False Alarm Thanks; 2. Yes, but all ok no action needed; 3. Yes, I need support imediately, coubt down 60s for send alert and location for numbers and wazers nearbay...) send repot for pre informed numbers and data like velocity and direction.

Search along my route
When searching for a restaurant when I'm en route, don't tell me about the restaurant 2 exits behind me, tell me about the ones ahead and along my route. Maybe suggest a place along my route in an estimated time frame. i.e., look for a place to eat lunch between noon and 1p or breakfast at around 7am

Android Auto localized voice search
When using Waze for Android Auto, I would like an additional voice search icon to be available at the search input box. This voice search should work the same way as Waze for Android voice search works.
This is especially important for languages where the Google Assistant language is not supported. It would also be useful to find destinations when going abroad and localized place names are in a different language than what is set in Google Assistant.
This would reduce driver distraction a lot in many regions of the world I think.

UR - add screenshot option
On a daily basis, users report some map issues (lacking precision) that we could not verify just by the UpdateRequest data in WME, or they just do not remember/know the names of the streets/landmarks to help us find and solve the issue. Most of the times, we, the editors, need to search a lot for things that could be indicated inside of Waze, without using third parties for posting photos and screenshots like imgur.com, Facebook, or our personal contact pages/phone numbers/emails.
A button for adding a screenshot could be useful somewhere in the message notification screen.

Hello! Please add the ability to enable alerts about approaching settlements. Often the signs of settlements can be seen at the last moment and you have to brake quite sharply. Some navigators have such a function. Conveniently, set the desired distance about the notification and you’ll calmly drive up, reducing the speed to that allowed in the settlements.

Add H2 Hydrogen as Fuel Type
In Europe and California to name a few there is already a network of automotive Hydrogen filling stations available, and expanding. Sometimes these are stand-alone stations, sometimes in a combination with other fuel types. The Waze community should be able to add automotive Hydrogen filling stations on the map, both as a new location or at an existing gas station. The wazer should be able to provide price information on Hydrogen. Moreover the Wazer should be able to search for Hydrogen filling stations as he would search for a traditional gas station, including options along the planned route including price information. (this would fit in perfectly with existing gas stations functionality)

Create School/Daycare with Home/Work Default Favorites
Every weekday I drive from home to child's school to work. Then reverse. Every weekday morning Waze asks me "Going to Work?" I'm going to school then work, so NO! Every weekday evening Waze asks me "Going Home?" I'm going to school, then home, so NO again! Everyday! Will you please, add another default favorite for school or daycare!!!

Police notification should be much sooner.
Police notification should be much sooner. When I know the road and using Waze only as police radar then notification should be at least 1km ahead instead of 300 or 400 metres.

Multi-stop favorites
I would love to be able to save multi-stop routes as favorites. I take my daughter to daycare every morning on my way to work. With the current system "daycare" and "work" are two separate favorites that I have to launch when I begin that leg of the trip. I would like to have both stops saved as one favorite so I don't have to begin a new route for each leg and can keep an eye on overall progress at any time.

Mudança na tecnologia 3G deixa Waze "maluco" sem GPS, nos forçando a desligar o 3G de diversas operadoras do Brasil
Todos brasileiros que estiverem enfrentando problemas no GPS de seus aparelhos por culpa de mudanças na tecnologia 3G que as operadoras vem realizando de 2015 para cá, por favor somem-se a mim votando para que a Waze interceda junto às companhias telefônicas para corrigirem ou apresentarem alternativas a este problema.
A maioria dos usuários simplesmente vem deixando de usar o Waze, por acreditar que seja problema no aplicativo, quando o problema na verdade é algum conflito do GPS (qualquer outro app que use terá o mesmo problema) com mudanças que vem ocorrendo na tecnologia 3G.
Afirmo com segurança que o problema é no 3G pois assim que desativo ele no celular, ficando no modo Edge, o GPS volta a funcionar plenamente, PORÉM, com a troca de dados comprometida!
E afirmo que o problema decorre de mudanças DAS OPERADORAS por viajar pelo Brasil de carro e perceber que de um Estado para outro o GPS volta a funcionar!Aqui no sul do Brasil, estado do Rio Grande do Sul - RS, por onde ando o Waze fica "saltando" de localização ou perdendo o sinal. Então desativo o 3G e ele volta a funcionar, mas assim perde dados atualizados da estrada...
Mas, logo ao entrar no estado de Santa Catarina - SC, o Waze volta a funcionar perfeitamente NO 3G!!! Só que já enfrentei exatamente o mesmo problema estando em SC em outubro de 2015, provavelmente pela VIVO estar testando a mudança de tecnologia, voltando e mantendo a tecnologia anterior agora no final do ano.Assim, amigos, acredito que MUITOS OUTROS USUÁRIOS DE WAZE no Brasil (e talvez no mundo?) estejam passando pelo mesmo problema, mas culpando o App! Já localizei na internet alguns relatos de problemas semelhantes em SP, RJ, DF, tanto da operadora VIVO, quanto TIM e OI.
Então deixem seus comentários e votem para termos o Waze de volta à pleno vapor em todo Brasil, é só eles têm força para cobrar uma solução!!Todos brasileiros que estiverem enfrentando problemas no GPS de seus aparelhos por culpa de mudanças na tecnologia 3G que as operadoras vem realizando de 2015 para cá, por favor somem-se a mim votando para que a Waze interceda junto às companhias telefônicas para corrigirem ou apresentarem alternativas a este problema.
