Objet : URGENT — Demande d'ajout d'itinéraires adaptés : Scooter 50 cc, Trottinette électrique et EDPM
Bonjour aux équipes de développement,
Je vous contacte pour signaler un manque critique dans les profils de navigation actuels, qui génère d'importants risques de sécurité et de nombreuses infractions pour les utilisateurs de deux-roues et de mobilités douces motorisées.
Aujourd'hui, les profils disponibles ne correspondent plus à la réalité du Code de la route :

Pour les Scooters / Cyclomoteurs 50 cc :
- Le mode Voiture envoie sur le périphérique, les voies rapides et les autoroutes (interdit et extrêmement dangereux en 50 cc).
- Le mode Vélo (utilisé par défaut par beaucoup pour éviter les voies rapides) guide le scooter sur des pistes cyclables, des voies vertes ou des voies piétonnes. C'est illégal, dangereux pour les cyclistes et passible de 135 € d'amende.

Pour les Trottinettes électriques (EDPM) :
- Le mode Vélo classique envoie parfois sur des départementales à 80 km/h ou des axes interurbains hors agglomération sans piste cyclable, où la circulation des trottinettes est strictly interdite par la loi.
- Le mode Piéton fait emprunter des trottoirs, des zones piétonnes ou des escaliers, ce qui est strictement interdit aux trottinettes électriques sous peine d'amende.
La solution urgente à intégrer :
Mettre à jour vos algorithmes pour créer deux profils de navigation distincts :
- Profil « Scooter / 50 cc » : Voies urbaines uniquement, en excluant les axes à plus de 70 km/h / voies rapides / autoroutes ET en excluant les pistes cyclables / voies vertes.
- Profil « Trottinette électrique / EDPM (25 km/h) » : Itinéraires urbains sécurisés privilégiant les pistes cyclables et rues à 30/50 km/h, en excluant totalement les trottoirs, les voies rapides et les axes interurbains non aménagés.Merci de transmettre cette demande à vos équipes produit et ingénieurs pour mettre enfin vos cartes à jour avec la législation actuelle.

Please add an option to choose how early/frequently Waze reminds us about upcoming turns
Option to choose how frequently the waze voice tells to take turns- such as a reminder every 500 meters for highways... Since meters fly there.

Waze Android Automotive Integration Issues – 2026 Lincoln Nautilus
Dear Waze Support Team,
I am experiencing two persistent integration issues with the built-in Waze application on my 2026 Lincoln Nautilus, which uses Android Automotive OS / Google built-in.
I downloaded Waze directly from the vehicle’s Google Play Store and use it actively for navigation in Dubai, UAE.
My current Waze version is:
Waze Version: 5.22.10.3
Updated on: August 3, 2026The application itself works correctly on the main center multimedia display, but there appear to be problems with the integration between Waze and the vehicle’s additional displays.
- Incomplete Waze information on the upper instrument / driver display
My vehicle has a large upper driver display in addition to the center multimedia screen.
When I use Waze directly on the center screen, I can see all normal Waze information, including:
• Speed camera / radar alerts
• Police reports
• Accidents
• Stopped vehicles
• Hazards
• Other Waze map/report icons
• Full route guidanceHowever, this information is not properly transferred to the upper driver display.
While the Waze route itself can appear on the upper display, I do not receive the same useful navigation information there.
For example, I cannot properly see:
• Waze incident/report icons
• Speed camera / radar alerts
• Detailed upcoming exit information
• Clear turn-by-turn exit guidance
• Remaining distance to the destination
• Remaining travel time
• Distance to the next maneuverThis is particularly important while driving because the upper display is directly in the driver’s field of view.
I have attached photographs showing how Waze is displayed in my vehicle.
Could you please confirm whether full instrument-cluster integration is currently supported by Waze on the 2026 Lincoln Nautilus / Lincoln Digital Experience platform?
If this functionality is supported, please investigate why the navigation data is not being properly passed to the vehicle’s driver display.
- Waze route does not appear in the home-screen navigation widget
There is also a second issue.
When I start navigation in Waze and remain inside the Waze application, the route works normally.
However, when I press the Home button on the vehicle’s center multimedia display, the navigation widget on the home screen does not show my active Waze route.
Instead, it continues to display Google Maps.
This happens even though Waze navigation is actively running at the same time.
As shown in the attached photograph:
• Waze navigation is active on the upper driver display;
• however, the center multimedia home screen continues to show Google Maps.I cannot find any setting that allows me to change the home-screen navigation widget from Google Maps to Waze.
Could you please confirm whether Waze is supposed to integrate with the Android Automotive home-screen navigation widget on the Lincoln Digital Experience platform?
If it should, please investigate why Google Maps remains displayed even while Waze is the active navigation application.

Please also let me know whether either of these limitations is currently known on Lincoln vehicles, and whether a future update is planned.

Además de mi vehículo habitual moderno, utilizo un vehículo muy antiguo (un Ford de 1929) con el que, junto a más socios del club, utilizamos regularmente. Qué pasa con estos vehículos? bueno, que por su edad no circulan a las altas velocidades de los coches modernos y sería muy útil que yo pudiera indicarlo en la aplicación "soy un vehículo LENTO" y que avise a otros conductores que más adelante se encontrarán con mi coche que circula a 30-40-60 Kmh más lento que el suyo, por ejemplo, y evitar un accidente por alcance. Creo que también serviría para ciclistas, vehículos agrícolas, etc... Sobre todo de noche, sería una GRAN TRANQUILIDAD para los que vamos con estos viejitos.

Commercial Vehicle
Due to having A work van I would be amazed to see a commercial vehicle feature where the speed limit sign is reduced on single (50mph) and duel (60mph) carriageways
With this feature it would be nice to have a function where you can put weight and height and width dimensions in and the route chosen avoids bridges and tunnels that commercial vehicles are unable to use
I believe that it would also be nice to have early announcements maybe as an option where it will warn you of a camera early in advance
On top of this I think it would also be nice to have the speed camera warning tone go off even if you weren’t breaking the speed limit of the road incase of a motorway smart motorway for example

Chiedo l'implementazione di una opzione di accessibilità "Icone Grandi / High Visibility" (2x - 3x).
Utilizzo in moto con lenti progressive e visiera casco: allo stato attuale qualsiasi icona (autovelox, pericolo, polizia) risulta illeggibile e viene percepita come un puntino indistinto.
Questo costringe a sforzare la vista e riduce la sicurezza.
Una modalità con icone ad alto contrasto e ingrandite sarebbe fondamentale per utenti con ipovisione leggera e per l'uso motociclistico.1 vote -
School Zone Alert Doesn't Clear/Gets Stuck
When Waze alerts for a school zone, the alert does not clear without restarting the app. This is only for school zones, not other alerts. All of those clear just fine

Visible and alerts needs to be more visible
The services alerts like police, cameras road work, potholes etc are barely visible if at all.
I would like yo see flashing ui that really alers of the danger.

Also it would be good if there was a ui that allowed us to pick what alerts we want to have a bigger impact on the app, so that we can select which one will display the above ******* (?) alerts and sound

Mettre la signification "STOP" sur la carte Waze
Après l'ajout des feux tricolores sur Waze, il est peut-être le temps de mettre les significations "STOP" sur la carte et sur les routes. Cela permettra aux utilisateurs de mieux savoir où sont les panneaux/significations "STOP" sur la route en même temps sur la carte, et en plus éviter de se prendre de grosses amendes pour avoir grillé sans faire exprès les panneaux "STOP".

Après l'ajout des feux tricolores sur la carte Waze, ça serait bien plus simple et précis de mettre les significations/panneaux "STOP" sur la carte pour que les utilisateurs Waze sachent où sont les significations/panneaux "STOP" sur la carte afin d'éviter de se prendre des amendes pour avoir grillé le panneau "STOP". Et bien entendu s'il y aura l'ajout, mettre à jour les voix en mettant au début de la phrase avant la prononciation des adresses "Au Stop".

More community-driven features
Hello Waze!
I’ve been thinking about something that could be a nice addition to the app.
Waze is already very community-driven through map editing, traffic reports, road alerts, and more. I think it would be great to bring that community spirit into other parts of the app as well.
One idea is community-created custom icons. Users could create, upload, and share their own icons, while others could rate and comment on them. This could lead to unique artwork, memes, seasonal designs, local themes, and other creative ideas.
Another idea could be community-created backgrounds that users could use to further customize their Waze experience.
The rewards we already earn from reporting traffic, police, hazards, and other events could potentially be converted into tokens. These tokens could then be used to unlock or “purchase” community-created icons, backgrounds, and other customization options. Right now the rewards we get for reporting does not really contribute much, it only unlocks blank achievements i feel like.This could give the community another reason to contribute, while also making Waze more personal, fun, and creative.
I’m sure there could be many more ideas around this concept, but I think this would be a great place to start.

Exit sign mixup
I would like to make a suggestion. Often when I am using Waze maps on the road, the English and Arabic text on the exit signs get mixed up, which causes the exit number to not display properly. I am attaching a screenshot for reference to give you a clear idea. Please fix this issue.

What Makes Football Trading Pins Worth Putting Real Thought Into Before the Season Starts?
Football trading pins might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you are putting a team together for the season but anyone who has seen the reaction players have when they receive a pin that actually represents them well knows how much that small detail can mean to the people wearing it. The teams that show up with pins worth trading always seem to carry a little more pride with them and that energy is something worth creating intentionally rather than leaving to chance.

Add the address currently navigated to the top of the navigstion screen
It is confusing when typing one address after another, which is the acctual navigation. Drivers what to know where are they navigating to while driving. So pleas add the corrent navigation address to the screen during navigation for every drive. It iz simple and helpfull
