Birthday mood/badge
To make more social, it would be nice, just one day per year to have the option to people who is their birthday to show either a special mood (cake mood or wathever) or a birthday badge.
In this way wazers can congratulate during your driving and make more social the aplication.

It would be great to put toll booths and customs check points on the maps. I have to put 'heavy traffic' every time I go through one. Thanks
Post toll booths and customs check points so I don't have to put 'heavy traffic' every time I go through one.

Waze's own chat
I was picking up my little brother yesterday and in the meanwhile i noticed that if i didnt have to switch between whatsapp and waze in order to chat with people not interested in waze, it would be even cooler!
I mean. I may log in so i could contact "a friend" that i know is connected to waze for example, just to chat. The facebook friends list is awful, because .. what? 30% of your list uses waze? and when they wanna chat with you, they dont think of the waze-3.5-facebook chat a a good system, so i have to go to whatsapp.
This is potential and it could get to be more useful than whatspp and you would get to catch a part of the community that could be willing to do a lot for waze.

Display tunnels as hashed/broken lines
Tunnels should be displayed on the Waze client as hashed or broken lines.
Currently, tunnels are displayed on maps almost the same way as roads. This is confusing as you are not exactly sure when to turn, as Waze makes it look like there is another road to pass before you turn. If tunnels were shown to be dramatically different to roads, it would make the navigation experience better for all users.

Add "Help me" button
I use Waze all the time while i drive the roads around Israel and i see people stuck on the road a lot. but i cannot always stop and assist since i am driving too fast or on the far lane when i cannot reach them. this "help me" button will pop up (like any other report) and ask for help: maybe a person needs a jump, or a ride to somewhere, or help changing a tire. the respondent will have an "on my way" button to come and help that person.

Offer a "Known Enforcement Point" report
Offer a "Known Enforcement Point" report the way trapster does it. Report an area where police tend to hide and take radar.

Help Me!!! button
Deniss from forum suggested this idea: Waze should have Help Me Button, so a Wazer with car trouble can set his icon as needing assistance and another Wazer can see a fellow in trouble on map and help him out.

Add option "district/district name" in the street naming part
When a (bigger) city has several parts/ districts with different names, it could be nice to see at certain level of zoom the district name. When you zoom close enough, you should be aware of the city name already and thus district name would be imho more suitable.

ETA Only, Time Remaining Only or Both.
In the Settings there should be a feature to have the Main Screen show ''ETA Only'', ''Time Remaining Only'' or Both.
As it is now, the display switches between the two and the user has to keep looking at the screen to get the results they need.
This is NOT SAFE!
As noted on the Android Market, a lot of users want it to display just one or the other, not the schizoid way it is now.

Delayed reports
While you're driving, you haven't time to report. So it would be great if I can touch the screen to hold the real place where a report have to be placed. So you can complete the report when you stop.

Simplification of Speed Bump and Raised Crosswalk Menu
With the implementation of the permanent "Raised Crosswalk" alert, we now have two options in the menu that are equivalent to Speed Bumps: the speed bump itself and the Raised Crosswalk. Both alerts are associated with speed reduction. I suggest creating a "Speed Reducer" option (or something similar) in the permanent alerts menu.
What would this menu be? When adding this alert (Speed Reducer), clicking on it would require selecting what type of speed reducer it is. By default, when adding, it would already be marked as Speed Bump, but we would have these 3 options available: Speed Bump, Raised Crosswalk, and Dip. This way, you wouldn't have to delete the speed bump alert in the future to add the raised crosswalk alert in the same place, since a large part of the speed bumps added in urban areas are actually raised crosswalks.

Audible warning for speed cameras even if you're under the speed limit
If you're going under the speed limit you don't get an audible warning for a speed camera. If the camera is after a limit change you may be under the limit when approaching but you can then accelerate above the limit and have no warning.

multiple destinations
feature suggestion for Waze
subject: add feature to automatically sort multiple destinations by distance or direction.
message: hello Waze team,
I'm a regular user of your amazing app and I'd like to suggest a feature that could be extremely helpful for many users-especially delivery drivers 'couriers or anyone with multiple stops in their day.
feature request: please consider adding a feature that allows users to-enter multiple destinations at once (multi stop routing).automatically sort them either: by distance from the current location (closest to farthest) or in a specific direction (from south to north) .
generate a smart route that takes into account both distance and current traffic conditions.
why this useful: this would save users a lot of time and planning, and improve the overall navigation experience when handling multiple tasks or deliveries.
thank you for all your great work and for continuing to make waze better and smarter!
best regards,
Amir Awad

Pause button
Other people have asked for a pause button. It's annoying and potentially dangerous to fiddle with the app while driving. One button would be helpful.

Differentiate alternative routes from each other by color
If you display alternative routes while actively navigating/driving, they will all be displayed in the same color. It would be helpful to display each route in a different color for easy differentiation.

Display more (limited) house numbers at destination
Short version: When approaching your destination display not only the pin for the address that you're arriving at, but also one, two or three addresses before and after the address. Example: navigating to 122 Main St would show up with the navigation pin, but also show a small number 114 and 118 before, and 126 and 130 after the pin.
When working for a delivery app like Door Dash, Uber Eats, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Amazon Flex, Grub Hub, etcetera you're just trying to get to the location, drop the package, and move on to your next delivery. Often times it's very difficult to see any house numbers on the buildings themselves as much of this happens after dark and people for some reason don't like to turn on their porchlights (reddit is complete with complaints for this on any of the delivery subs). When using the built in GPS for whichever app you're talking about it will typically display not only the various house numbers as you get closer to the destination but also a polygon. I'm sure the polygon would be out of the question, but just having the house numbers displayed for a few before and after the destination would be immensely helpful. Imagine you're waiting for a delivery of food, there's your house and two others on your side of the road, and your driver gets to your house only to stammer for a few minutes not sure which house to deliver to.
