Wazer message notifications (i.e. private messages) need to be more visible to be effective
In the Past few days I've "private messaged" wazers who were ahead of me on a route to find out about traffic conditions or a slow downs. These messages went unanswered. I didn't think anything of it at the time. This morning on the way into work I just happened to go to "My Waze" to view my ranking... and saw that I had a Private Message from another wazer- from 10 days ago - and never knew it. Seria muy util si pudieramos organizar los destinos favoritos en carpetas (ej. familia, amigos, clientes,etc.) y a su vez dentro de las carpetas nos muestre los destinos del mas cercano al mas lejano de esa forma es mas facil crear una ruta, para los que trabajamos con Waze seria genial, gracias.

Ability to declare a suggested route bad
Sometimes Waze suggests routes that are so bad as to be cringe worthy. It would be nice to to be able to report them for review.

Option to Ignore Construction Zones
It would be tremendously helpful to have the ability to ignore construction zones/certain stretches of road. And if possible with the option to automatically ignore if speeds are less than a certain threshold.

Interchange guidance method in ver. 2.2 is wrong. Revert to 2.0 method.
In version 2.2 (Android & iPhone) the written guidance in interchanges was changed. It tries to look-ahead and gives guidance based on the ramp exiting the interchange.
This is inconsistent with the way guidance worked in version 2.0 and therefore inconsistent with the ramp's naming in the Waze map. It leads to confusing guidance that does not match the actual road signs.
This is really dangerous as it increases drivers' confusion in the interchange.

Location and type of landmark in search results
For easier identification of a landmark, it could be great, to know the settlement or road which is near it and the type of the landmark, after the name of the landmark, like this:

Add user report confirmation/cancelation buttons for all events, similar to "police/not here". This would allow to refresh the reports in the map by other drivers, provide more 'live' info + quicker cancellation of outdated events.

use Android API for event buttons and text input
to report traffic/event irrelevancy it is darn hard to hit that tiny round button with a caret (>) at the end of the event item. instead I should be able to use a long press on a much broader list item to pop up the menu. also, the menu that pops up ought to be from the API. it would create bigger buttons (better for touch sensitive devices) and makes for a much more consistent device use experience plus it would make it more accessible while driving. More accessible means less accidents.

Bring back the average speed zone progress bar and show actual average speed
After the recent Waze interface change, the progress bar for average speed enforcement zones has disappeared.
Previously, there was a vertical progress indicator on the left side of the screen showing my position within the average speed zone. It was very useful because I could instantly see how far I had already travelled through the controlled section and how much remained.
The new interface only shows that the average speed zone has started and the remaining distance until it ends. This is much less intuitive and requires the driver to read information instead of understanding the situation at a glance.…11 votes -
Vehicle short stop on the side of the road (usually for biological purposes)
Add a tag of "person urinating" = a driver or vehicle that stopped on the side of the road, probably for only a few minutes

dynamic rerouting
Please stop automatic (dynamic) re-routing. Waze no longer is asking for re-routing permission from the user during active navigation. Waze is now dynamically (automatically) re-routes user without askiing nor alerting the user. Please STOP automatic (dynamic) re-routing without asking user's permission. Waze having offline capabilities, just like Google maps
Simple Waze having offline capabilities just like Google maps... Many other out there including mines many of us dnt have Online capabilities that much just cnt afford and I have done my research it not a lot people use WAZE the only difference now Waze as cloud source platforms in sense online capabilities to inform people about there surroundings traffic report, accident etc.. which Google maps is now taking way piece by piece... Changing Destination on Phone While Connected to Android Auto
I want to change my destination on my phone while it's connected to my car through Android Auto, but I can’t type directly on the car screen. Currently, I have to unplug the cable to change the destination on my phone, and then plug it back in to reconnect to the car.
