Let's hide roads built in a small number of satellites
Do, please, so that if waze sees at least three satellites, it does not display those tracks in the map editor. It often happens that you forget to disconnect waze and go in the building. Satellite reception quality decreases. And in the editor there is a lot of chaotic tracks around the building. This prevents debris find tracks of roads that were built when waze seen enough satellites for precise positioning.

Drive to Feature on Cartouche
While editing the map I would like a separate layer so that I can make notes and pin it to areas of the map that I would like to visit. These online notes should only be viewable by the user who made the notes. It would also be necessesary to navigate to these Points of Interest and have the notes pop up so that pictures can be taken of the surrounding so that the Waze map can reflect real world situations out there on the road.
The Waze notes layer (home computer) and the Android phone should be synced so…

Could you add express lane support.
Could you add express lane support. I would like to be able to edit the map for express lanes and when they are open be directed to take them when I can! Right now waze gets confused when I use the express lanes and tends to direct me on the slow freeway.

Route consistency and enhancements on editor route list
When opening the list of previous routes on the map editor, I'd suggest the following:
- keep routes available up to a certain limit, ideally one year (like for example foursquare does with the checkins). More than one year may be too much data on the servers, but less than one year would be too short to look at older routes.
- routes available on the editor should really be available. currently old routes are visible on the list, but then fails to load with a "permission denied". I can't understand if there's a time limit, or if the routes stop working…

Autodetect road types
Road classification seems to be a large source of disagreement and unecessary effort between map editors, part because we know it is used for routing.
The classification should be autodetected based on average speeds and not editable by users, like average speed.

Custom layers for map editor.
It could be helpful in map editing, if users could add their own layers. Just for their own use, for example shape or wms.
Users may have access to local map layers that they can use to add landmarks or edit roads. At the moment I can only rely on blurry bing aerial map, gps tracks and memory.14 votesThanks for your feedback.
