  1. Event with more than one other language

    At the moment it is only possible to enter an englisch and optional one other language name for an WME Event.
    Can this limit be increased for optional up to 4 or 5 names (including the englisch language)?

    That would be a gread addition for events that have official names for more than two languages, espiaclly in regions where boarders with more than one country or countrys which have multiple languages.

    As example for boarder regions:
    Belgium/Germany/Netherland
    Austria/Switzerland/Germany
    Austria/Hungary/Slovakia/Czech Republic

    As example for countrys with more than one local language:
    Luxemburg (2 languages + englisch)
    Switzerland (4 languages are spoken)…

  2. Remove RS update location on https://www.waze.com/fr/user/editor/*

    Since RS are in wme, on the editor page those edition are link to 0,0 position.
    Would it be possible to improve the visualization of these editions because it affects the readability of the map?

  3. Add support for Passing Lane Alerts

    Add functionality when on main single lane roads so the User can opt to display the distance to the next passing lane. The location and length of passing lanes would be added by editors and would give drivers an indication of how long until the next passing lane (and once in the lane, how long until it ends), potentially preventing drivers from taking unsafe risks and passing when not safe.

    Passing lanes are used extensively in New Zealand and Australia, and I imagine are also used around the world.

  4. Bring WME Closure Functionality to Waze App

    If the Waze App (or separate dedicated app) supported the full editing power of closures in WME it would make it much easier to update them if you are out and about. Requiring to be near a full-scale web browser to update introduces delay in updating Closures.

  5. Apply lane name by clicking "enter"

    When typing the name of the way in the correct field, allow clicking on "enter" the name of the way to be applied. As it was before the separate alias field update.

  6. Allow 3 choices for PURs that report closed places. 1) Ignore; 2) edit place 3) delete place

    Currently we can only ignore a PUR that reports a place closed or delete the closed place. We have no other choices available. Often, we need to make changes in operating hours or make other changes but NOT delete the place. If we ignore the PUR, it counts against the reporter. We need a third choice that gives the reporter credit for the report but allows us to keep the place and make appropriate changes to it.

  7. Allow applying A->B closures on B->A segments (and vice versa)

    When selecting a one-way segment with a closure, and another segment without a closure, it is currently possible to select "Apply on all" to extend the closure to the second segment.

    This only works if the second segment has the same one-way direction of the first segment.

    When a segment with an A->B/B->A closure is selected, add a new option "Apply closure in any direction", which applies the currently selected closure as "both" on all additional selected segments.

  8. Closing URs that are no more in your editing area

    I can edit the area of a UR when I first answer it because it is in my edit area. But sometimes I do reach the expiry date of the editing area in the middle of working on this UR. Because of that, I can't even close the UR I started working on.
    It would be great if there will be an option to close a UR you started working on even if this UR is now outside of your editing area.

  9. Show the source of an UR: app or livemap

    Users can now create URs from the livemap, at any location, while UR created via the app are automatically located at the actual position of the user.
    When handling an UR, it is useful to know if the UR has been created via the app, by a user actually present at the location, or via the livemap, which allows to create a UR at any location.
    Knowing the source helps analysing the UR.

  10. Have the possibility to select BUS icon in LG

    The request is very simple.
    In WME when setting LG having the option to mark one lane as BUS (not with any direction or routing options behind it)
    During Navigation display the arrows and BUS when Lane Guidance is shown.

    Example: Left Straight Straight Right one lane is bus
    Shown as: Left Straight BUS Right during LG in waze

  11. Comment Alert

    Attach a trigger to comment to create a map update request in the future.
    Use for any temporary map change that needs an expiration like a road closure has.

  12. Reorder custom turn instruction elements

    When editing custom turn instructions, if an element (shield or free text) should be inserted before existing elements, then the existing elements must be deleted. There is no way to create new elements in front of existing elements.

    Please add the ability to reorder elements. This way we could create new elements and then move them to the front if needed. This would save many clicks and retyping.

  13. Inherit custom turn instructions on unnamed segments

    When a turn includes an unnamed segment, and a custom turn instruction is used - including addition of shields in the instruction- the custom instruction must be duplicated at both the unnamed segment and the final turn. This makes a long edit with numerous clicks even longer and tedious. Please inherit custom turn instructions in the same way that segment names are inherited with default instructions.

  14. Ability to enter non-standard addresses in Map Editor, e.g. "11x/1"

    Ability to enter non-standard addresses in Map Editor, e.g. "11x/1" currently it's not possible and those are missed completely from waze, messing up with "11x addresses missing "/1", which might be existed and completely different house, which makes things complicated

  15. Livemap option in Uservoice

    When trying to make uservoice suggestions to Waze, there are two options. One is for the app, the other is for WME. Neither of them have Livemap as an option in the pull down menu.

  16. Livemap uses old Lat/Lon order

    When entering a lat/lon pair as starting point or destination in Livemap, it must be entered as Lon,Lat. WME was updated to copy as Lat,Lon. Livemap should be updated to match.

  17. School Zones Speed limit 40km 2:30-4pm weekdays

    We need to know the school zones and change the speed limit around these times near school which the time is 2:30-4:00 pm Monday to Friday only around school zones this feature should be added in so people like my self don’t get confused with the on screen speedometer

  19. Fuel

    More and more people use a fuel network card. It would then be useful to be able to select more than one favourite fuel brand in the list.

  20. "Hide street name" option

    Include a checkbox near the street name for segments, so that when it is selected the name of the street does not appear on the live or client map. This would be useful for segments that have a name that would benefit directions, but could be confusing to see on the map. For example, seeing the name "Main St Frontage Road" on the app, especially when zoomed out enough that the name appears right over "Main St", could easily cause confusion and take longer for the driver to comprehend the map, especially if they are familiar with the area.
