  12. The fact that all segments entering a Junction Box are 'locked' is a real pain. Why not do a little 'behind the curtain magic'.

    I believe it would be helpful for lower-level editors to at least be able to SEE LG, even if they can't edit it. Some of them will undoubtedly have valuable insights based on their local experience in a given area that those who can edit LG would have no way of knowing, and which lower-level editors can't share if they can't see what is already mapped. Also, if they can become familiar with the process before they can edit LG, it seems to me like stepping into editing LG when they reach sufficient rank will be much easier for everyone.

    One advantage I can see to this over an MC is that it might prevent an editor from closing the UR without seeing the MC; once the UR has been closed, and the close saved, it's too late to bring it back.
