    I often have to get Wazers to email me screenshots or need to provide them with images. This would save taking the response off platform.

    I like the idea with the automatic email as that would be a lot of time saved, however, I don't think they should be closed automatically (maybe a flag to say no response to system message). Around 10-20% of URs without text I can figure out what the problem is by taking a look of the location or other URs nearby.
