Agreed I have also suggested something similar being about to set your own and also incremental ones so it warns you say 1 mile ahead, 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile etc

could there be an option for custom distances for the warning of police, speed cameras and hazards etc and have the option for multiple incremental warnings
For example if your are on a road and that road has police reported 1 mile ahead have the audible warning at 1 mile, again at half a mile and at 1/4 mile

There should be the option to route avoiding static speed cameras completely

I think there should be an option to avoid roads with speed cameras and route around them
