Since bilingual support is a bigger issue affecting not just the WME, this is a company-wide decision that we will bring to the relevant teams.

Any example will be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

Sure: PL for the example I gave originally: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-119.47970&lat=49.87797&zoom=6&venues=157614579.1576276860.468041
The classic use case is where a park meets a water body. Usually the park is small compared to the water body and renders on top, when we'd almost always prefer the water body to remain visible.
Some others that come to mind: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-101.38732&lat=50.96689&zoom=2&venues=169476606.1695028201.3988981
https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-107.99231&lat=50.66551&zoom=1&venues=165151227.1651577803.7316989
Hope that helps. An error occurred while saving the comment alexs001 commented

Hi Hanna, what grades of gasoline are common in your country? The system currently supports 4 fuel types at a time and this can be configured on a country-by-country basis.

I think this is a good idea, but what will be the source of data for which crossings are currently active?

Truck restrictions can be set up by government on a road-by-road basis. Weight restrictions can also vary by date and other factors like weather. A blanket definition on a national basis will not be a sufficient solution.

If we change the order, does it make sense that a place under the map comment won’t be selectable?

100% behind this! The messages like 'Oops! It looks like someone else changed one or more map objects you edited before you saved' are maddening in their lack of detail.

Hey jangliss,
Thank you very much for this detailed suggestion.
Currently there is a lot of work around communication between the WME and the client (the app), to find how best should be handled. We will do our best to share some more details about it in the near future.
At this point this is currently not planned, and therefore won’t move to our back log.
If any thing in this direction will be changed, we will update accordingly.
Best,

Unless there is something really great planned, this seems like a mistake to me. We currently have to include a note in our UR replies specifically instructing people not to try to reply to the email.
The UR ID is already contained within the email sent today, a little bit of filtering by a script looking at the replies to these emails could gain us a valuable communication channel with our users and simplify the work of editors greatly.alexs001 supported this idea ·

In my area (BC, Canada) speed zones around playgrounds are defined as 30 km/h dawn to dusk. If we want to be able to map this accurately, we need support for this type of floating system.

It always surprised me that Waze, coming from a trilingual country (with each language using different writing systems) did not support this from day one.
