In many cases when i drive to a given address it would have taken 4-5 minutes shorter if waze didn't want to navigate exactly to that very 5 meters of the street but anywhere within in a ~200m range - based on the traffic, the direction i am coming from, the direction i am continue my driving etc. Sometimes i have to drive 1 km or more in a traffic jam only for getting to the opposite side of a 30 meters wide street by car - it is crazy.
So i would vote for an option (maximum walking distance from the given address) and use the advantages of this feature.

Yes, it is crazy when i report a really dangerous pothole and the warning disappears until next morning - and the pothole is still there for over a month or more.
