Add option to select car pool when navigating
Lets popup "carpool?" button after choosing destination in carpool times. This will help to get corresponding exits and more precise calculations. Sometimes traffic stopped while carpool is open and I dont want to get average estimation and alternative route. Thanks!

Make Wazers Near You work everywhere
When starting Waze, you see "xxx Wazers near you"...but only if you are in a defined NYN polygon.
I would like it to work if you are outside these polygons, possibly by determining the number of Wazers within N km.2 votes -

Could we have a mood related to a movie, TV show, or video game?
It would allow favorite characters to represent you mood. For example, a Wazer could be black and have a face mask to represent Darth Vader if they feel "going to the dark side".

I would love to add a girl group/band option for the voices
It would be awesome to have a girl group sound as one of the options. I think it would be awesome to have, and it would be even more awesome if I was the voice.

Option to use Bluetooth HSP or A2DP
Waze uses bluetooth A2DP for navifation instructions. But a lot of car sets only uses bluetooth HSP. There are apps that convert A2DP to HSP but these apps always mute the car radio. So it would be great, if Waze can send navidation instructions via HSP to a bluetooth car set. So it will mute the radio, give the navigation instruction and then unmute the radio. I think that would be a big feature, cause google maps can't do this right now.

Birthday mood/badge
To make more social, it would be nice, just one day per year to have the option to people who is their birthday to show either a special mood (cake mood or wathever) or a birthday badge.
In this way wazers can congratulate during your driving and make more social the aplication.

Hazardous map
Just as a speedometer turns on immediately in a car, Waze could also become activated and a 5 mile radius of color coded problematic roads. For example, if a highway was blocked due to a crash, immediately the driver could become aware that this specific road was not clear.

Map scale indicator
Have you ever wondered how many miles long that traffic jam is up ahead? I sure have, but Waze gives no indication of distances on a map. How about one of the little bars that indicates the scale of the current map view - you know 1 inch equals a mile, etc.

Wazer message notifications (i.e. private messages) need to be more visible to be effective
In the Past few days I've "private messaged" wazers who were ahead of me on a route to find out about traffic conditions or a slow downs. These messages went unanswered. I didn't think anything of it at the time. This morning on the way into work I just happened to go to "My Waze" to view my ranking... and saw that I had a Private Message from another wazer- from 10 days ago - and never knew it. Detour capability
I would like for the ability to determine a detour to the current route. For example, if the highway you are on is blocked, slow or closed due to an accident, you can push a detour option/button and select the distance of the detour (1/2 mile, 1 mile, 2 miles, 5 miles, 10 miles...) or maybe the system can suggest the detour length based on what it knows of the traffic conditions ahead. Once your determined detour distance is exhausted, you are routed back to your original route. Many GPS Nav systems today have this capability/feature and is very useful.…

Toll roads alert
A great feature would be the possibility to keep toll roads enabled but receive an alert when a route includes that kind of road (toll road)

Add a "turning" camera in addition to red light and speeding cameras.
Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY has at least two cameras to ticket drivers that make a turn where there is a "no left turn" sign. Perhaps waze can add an option for such cameras.
