New icon for top 10% and top 1% point scorers in the nation
The crown has gotten old and I'd like to see new icons and maybe new moods available to top national scorers. Plus I'd know which icons to trust when asking questions about traffic situations.

Don't know where to report livemap bugs, so here it goes: you have a missing translation in your (Rails?) server :)

You can register a database of the radar with the frequency. This database could be save into the phone to use this offline

Fix your commercial, sense of credibility
Your commercial is a view as to how you perceive accuracy and credibility. First, the little boy got out of the car into the road. Second, the phone on the front glass, major distraction when an alert goes off, even though you have her looking pulled over. Third, the lady returning to her vehicle with a loaded bag, indicating she was in the store for a bit, only to get in her car that had the window down, and from what I could see, her phone on the holder. Live Snowplow locations - Integrate data from VT AOT
It would be cool if Waze could integrate VT AOT data on snowplows onto the live driving map. http://plowtrucks.vtrans.vermont.gov/

Color Coding for "Traffic" Reports Indication
To Use different Color Codes for :
"Moderate" - "Yellow" Color
"Heavy" - "Orange" Color
"Standstill" - "Red" ColorThis will indirectly help us to minimize our attention to the Screen without touch the Icon for Status of that Traffic in that location. I think it would be great if users of the app were able to accumulate the different voices that are periodically made available
I think it would be great if users of the app were able to accumulate the different voices that are periodically made available for whatever occasion it happens to be. It is like a badge of honor to collect each voice and add them to the collection. For the users that downloaded the voice during the event they get to keep it and use it permanently. For new users it is something to look forward to.
Currently people are using this workaround to use whatever voice they want:

- afficher la limite de vitesse surveillee par le radar de vitesse
- annoncer si depassement de vitesse et vitesse limite.
- manque avertissement a l'approche des radars de feux rouges.
- icone radar peu visible sur le plan il faudrait les metrent en surbrillance à l'approche (l'appli Glob fait tres bien tout cela sauf qu'il n'y a pas de navigateur !) (La communauté Glob est plus belge que Francaise)

- afficher les limitation de vitesse sur la portion de route en cours de parcours.
La communauté des wazer roulant en moyenne aux alentour de la limitation de vitesse…

Integration of data from europe single access points for traffic data
In the European Union every member state have the create a single point of access for (realtime) traffic information. In germany this single point of access is called MDM (http://www.mdm-portal.de/en/). Here you find partners which are providing traffic information which can be relevant for your service. For example some road operativers providing information regarding the realtime traffic volume or road works on this data marketplace for free. Dear Waze people - most of the time I love your app, but sometimes
...it goes crazy. Is there any way you can prevent it from doing that? It can't find the directions accurately. It will tell me to turn when I don't really need to. Crazy stuff like that.

New ranks and rewards
After you become a road king, there's no more rewards. Now it's just a GPS. The game aspect of the app is what made it fun instead of just useful.
And since there's no more rewards or rank after King, there's no incentive to report cops or rod issues.
Make more levels, ranks, and rewards and people will be more active in reporting.

Warning markers away from your location to mark dangers!!!
Say your driving and you pass what you wanted to report and you pull over a few miles away because it was not safe to be near the location. Can you select the location to add a mark with details of the danger? Can't there be a way select a location to put a marker with dangers like the Gas Line that exploded across I77 in WV. Cause you could not be close to that one.

Add a "median side of road" in addition to the existent "middle of road" and "side of road" options for hazards.

Link waze to r-link of Renault car
I like use waze everyday on my Android, I think it would be a good idea to deploy on the r-link system of Renault cars, some competitor are already present like "coyote"

LIVE Number plate scanner, last known position of police vehicles.
A button to enable the camera to scan and track known number plates of police vehicles (possibly other wazers).
This can have a refresh time of say 10 sec and shows the next known position or simulate the police vehicle movement on the map. It just disappears when it loses the tracking but notifies users of recent police presence if you enter a road that had police vehicle on it in the last minute or so or within a certain distance.
