1. Melhorar Visualização

   Estamos dirigindo e prestando atenção no trânsito, não dá pra ficar tentando ler coisas pequenasna tela do Waze...
   Ainda existem coisas na tela do Waze que deveriam ser maiores pra melhor visualização enquanto dirigimos.

   Na parte de cima, por exemplo, poderia aparecer o nome da via em que estamos, acima da próxima manobra, tal qual aparece no navegador do GMaps...

2. Enable the Difficult Turn setting to be time/day specific

   Today we have the ability to mark a turn as difficult, but we don't have a way to say it is only difficult during certain times of the day like during commute hours, or even to be only weekdays when there is commute traffic.

   The current UI could easily be updated to move the difficult turn box to the end of each row for the restriction. That way if an editor sets up a time for a restriction, it now becomes an option to be 100% restricted, or just difficult.

   The editor could then set up a left turn being illegal to turn from 15:00 to 18:00, difficult to turn from 8:00 - 15:00, difficult to turn from 18:00 - 20:00, but fine all other times because it is only the traffic that is an issue.

   Also, currently there is no way to limit the difficult turn to weekdays and not include weekends when many difficult turns are abandoned with no weekend traffic at the level of weekdays.

   I have posted a mockup of this idea in the Waze forum under the title "Enable the Difficult Turn setting to be time/day specific"

3. Removing (or adding a warning to) Restaurants in Military Bases

   During a road trip in California a few weeks back, I was driving on CA route 1 and searched for restaurants near my location. A cafe called “Flightline Café” appeared first on the list, and I started the Waze navigation. As it turned out, Flightline Café was actually a military establishment located on an US military base, which the security guard politely informed me when I pulled up to the gate. Luckily, the guard was understanding enough of my situation to let me off with a warning and point me to another restaurant a short distance away. Of course, this encounter was partly my mistake, as there were several signs in front of the military base informing me that I was entering government property. For the sake of other Waze users, however, I would suggest removing this restaurant completely from the database, or at least including a warning.

4. Make selections clear

   The "highlighted" selection (for example: Police - Visible, Hidden or Other Side) is almost indistinguishable from the non-selected options. Put a white box around it or something obvious while using the app in the real world.

6. Disable irrelevant ads POI

   I understand ads are the most important thing in your business model, but wouldn't it be better to have targeted ads?

   Please allow us to disable irrelevant ads. I'm sick of seeing fast food POIs. I won't go, ever! Give me fancy restaurants instead!

7. Rajouter personne sur la route

   Lorsque l'on souhaite indiquer un danger sur la route comme par exemple un animal ou une voiture sur le bas côté, il serait aussi d'ajouter la possibilité qu'il y ai des personnes marchant sur la route ce qui peut être un danger pour eux mêmes et les véhicules en circulation qui ne les voient pas forcément la nuit.

8. Waze needs to work with Ford and get the Waze app on the Ford Sync 3 in-vehicle system.

9. Waze Airport Map

   Produce Waze Maps for airports denoting whole airport & parking, hotels, even EVchargers etc for Public use.
   Compete, bid for Airport complexMaps.
   No one else does.
   Use HDTV for Visual Map fixed display with U ARE HERE logo.
   Map can have audio speakers & speak say 10 languages??
   For airports like SFO, LAX in CA alone.
   EZ to read, relate, usable, updatable IE airport construction.
   Needed.
   More $$$$ for Waze.

10. 2 Ideas!

    Hi, ive got two ideas: 1. When starting a new ride from a parking car, Waze does not know which direction the vehicle is facing. And because of Murphy's rules, most of the time it will plan the opposite route :) My suggestion is: before starting navigation I will have the option to calibarate the direction my vehicle facing (button that using the internal compass) . and now that Waze can understand that im facing east for example it can plan the right route. 2. adding an option so Waze know im driving a motorcycle so it can plane the route without considering traffic like a car. u r great, Thanks!

    Thank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already has Motorcycle Mode included in the app. To change your vehicle type, tap Settings > Car Details > Vehicle type.

    As for the idea with adjusting car facing direction, it is under consideration.

    در راهنمایی صوتی فارسی در ایران قبل از اینکه به تقاطع ها و یا خیابان ها برسیم اعلام میشود : ( به سمتِ راست یا چپ به پیچید ) متاسفانه نام تقاطع ها و یا خیابان هایی که راننده قصدِ پیچیدن به آن خیابان را دارد ، از قبل به راننده اعلام نمیشود و این نوع راهنمایی صوتی باعثِ سردرگومیِ بیشترِ راننده ای میشود که مسیریابی خوبی از شهرِ مورد نظر را ندارد .
    اما در راهنمایِ صوتی انگلیسی خوشبختانه نامِ تقاطع و یا
    . خیابان قبل از رسیدن به آنها اعلام میشود

13. Once car stops very near location, turn off map and STOP giving voice directions. Obviously I've arrived already!

    I arrive to my work building's parking lot and then park my car. Waze doesn't get the hint that I've arrived and the map is still on. It's obvious I arrived and waze needs to stop. I can't tell you how many times I've been embarrassed by waze in the office when I'm trying to sneak into my desk and think I've made a clean entry and Waze randomly goes: IN 100 FEET TURN LEFT ON.... Seriously? 5 minutes after I parked!?!? Stfu Waze goddamit!

14. Option to turn off alerts for road construction

    I can choose to toggle Road Constructions on or off for "Display On Map."

    I would like to be able to toggle off alerts for Road Constructions, specifically, under "Alerts on Route."

    Driving in Minnesota in the summer, it is a given that there will be road construction everywhere. It's nice to be able to see it on the map, and have the app use the information in its routing calculations, but I don't need an alert to tell me that it is there. It interrupts whatever else I am listening to, and it is not necessary to alert me about something that is so prevalent.

15. Diminuição dos roubos - Segurança

    Gostaria de sugerir uma inteligência nova para o app. Duas horas atrás fui roubado a mão armada por dois indivíduos. Levaram meu celular e o de um amigo. O waze acabou mandando eu cortar um caminho da Radial Leste para não pegar trânsito. Os 2 minutos que me economizariam com o trajeto não compensou. Minha sugestão é traçar rotas que se mostram mais perigosas, e evitar que o waze a priorize para poupar tempo. Felizmente foi só o celular dessa vez. Pode focar também em horários específicos, como de noite e madrugada. Conheço pouco os caminhos que não coincidem com o meu trajeto cotidiano, então acabo seguindo fielmente o Waze, até mesmo para percursos que se mostram duvidosos. É isso, acho uma ideia boa e palpável. Talvez seja a lição que toda essa historia ensinou.

17. PLEASE limit the number of fog alerts! I can SEE that it's foggy...I don't need to be alerted it's foggy EVERY minute on my hour drive!

    PLEASE limit the number of fog alerts! I can SEE that it's foggy...I don't need to be alerted it's foggy at all let alone EVERY minute on my hour long commute to work! It was SO annoying...literally every minute I was getting the "warning fog reported ahead" over and over and over. Ideally, get rid of the fog alert option altogether so there are none at all! If it's foggy enough to be alerted about it 0.4 miles away, it's already foggy where you're driving! Fog spreads out!

19. Pop-up obscures junction box on southbound routes.

    When a route through a junction box is generally southbound, the pop-up for that route (voice prompt, restrictions, switch route, difficult turn) obscures the junction box itself. This is a big pain when you are trying to use the Switch Route feature and you cannot see the route markings behind the pop-up. A handle to move the pop-up, or any other solution to keep the pop-up off of the junction box polygon would be helpful.

Takto som bol navigovany na lokalnych cestach pocas vzdialensti 60km. Nikdy som nevedel cestu na viac ako 2 km daleko. Pricom cely cas som smeroval na mesto Trento a v navigacii by okrem najblizsich bodov mohla byt aj informacia typu - najblizsich 60km sleduj smer Trento. Tym padom by som sa nemusel citit ako cvicena opica ktora vlastne ani nevie kam ide, nemusel by som mat strach ze co robit pri vypadku signalu a svoju pozornost by som mohol sustredit na situaciu na ceste a nie v kuse na obrazovku navigacie.
