Fix the UI
Release 4.96. UI is terrible. (1) If you have BLUE buttons do NOT MAKE THE HIGHLIGHT RING AROUND THEM BLUE! Use a high contrast color like YELLOW so it can be seen easily. (2) Fix the LAG when submitting an issue. After hitting HAZARD, I am unable to pick on-road/on shoulder, or back , or close that screen for 5 seconds. If I pick ON-ROAD, I can not pick the next set of choices for 5 seconds. UI recognizes clicks, but nothing happens. (3) Fix the TAB ORDER on the main screen, especially when a warnign comes up. Safety
Using Waze I drove from Long Branch NJ to Merrick NY. I was directed from NJ Rt. 36 onto the express lanes of the Garden State Parkway north to exit at exit 125. The express lanes end 1/4 mile from exit 125 on the right, requiring that I cut across 3 lanes of moving traffic at a high speed in a very short distance in order to get to the exit. Gas search results too far from current location
When I am on a long trip and search for gas stations the nearest results seem to be too far from my current location (30 mi or more). I have to switch to Google maps do a separate search for gas near me and then go back to Waze, which is a big hassle while driving.

Return in-app location sharing
The one click location sharing to other waze members needs to be returned. Was super handy to share my location with my partner or friend with a single click, waze would sms the intended person my link, eta and when I was a few minutes away.
Now it's all via external apps that send out bulky messages that utilises 8 lines of text. Disrupts conversations unless you want to keep deleting them daily.

I hope this email finds you well. As an avid user of the Waze app, I appreciate the features it offers for navigation and traffic updates. However, I'd like to suggest an improvement to the user interface that could make the navigation experience even more seamless.

Fix calendar sync on iPhone!!
Calendar sync used to work on my iPhone but now it's gone. I rely on this for my job which is made up of driving to many daily appointments. All my upcoming jobs were nicely listed on my main screen, then that vanished so I went to "planned drives" to find them, and now nothing is there except a screen telling me to sync my calendar but it's already switched on with all my calendars selected! Why eventual avatars dissapear in some accounts while somepeople can use then for ever?! You must be able to use the avatar you want whenevery you like!

Customized AUDIO alerts for Plan a trip notifications
I have a smart phone with multiple applications that I get alerts from and it would be nice to have a customizable audio alert for Waze for when trips are planned. Nothing crazy may be like a “beep beep” to notify the user that based on their alert settings that the plan tripped time is coming up. Have an alert to differentiate that Waze from any other alert from another app. Please, no round file, it’s a good idea. Thx.

Clear, safe upcoming roads
My idea is if a user has used a road recently, say within 30 minutes and there were no issues, show an icon to indicate the road is clear no accidents, traffic or police

The Thai name (vowels) is spelled incorrectly.
I suppose it is about Thai font rendering issues because it shifted with the same pattern. The issue occurred for all Thai names eg., administrative boundary names, place names, and village names.
For example, incorrect>บางขนุเทยีน : correct>บางขุนเทียน;
incorrect>โรงเรยีน : correct>โรงเรียน;
incorrect>บางขนุเทยีน : correct>บางขุนเทียน;

Allow users to highlight the route only, without turn by turn directions.
When you've lived in the same city your entire life, you don't need turn by turn directions taking up most of the screen. However it can be nice to have the route outlined, with traffic, construction, and radar highlighted.
A toggle to display the route, without turn by turn directions would make this app a very viable replacement for Google maps.
