Feature of non-static Speedcams without approval from AM
There are two things that can be reported - Police and Speedcams. Police shows up immediately, but speedcams (according to the footnote) must be approved and a user will be warned about that only if driving with excessive speed. However there are non-static speedcams too. Most users are repoting them as a police trap, but this is actually a speedcam, and it is changing its location over time. Notifying user when driving with excessive speed is ok, but I think that notifyication about non-static speedcams should be in any case, for example if there is an error in a map…

WME PH Only show at higher zoom
Feedback on new icons for Place Hazards (Cameras, Railroad crossings). (from another editor's posting in Waze Discuss)
In WME: hazards show on the map all the way out to Zoom 14! at this Zoom, even the railroad segment isn't rendered - does the hazard need to render this far?
In areas like NYC, WME performance is already poor (for making edits, panning and zooming in).
Now these icons also render out to Zoom Level 14, covering multiple streets, nodes, etc.

Report animals on the road
Please add a feature to report animals on the road, similar to how we can report hazards or traffic incidents. This would help alert drivers and improve safety for both people and animals.

EV filter for fast charging (DC) and filter for slow charging (AC)
Choose to search for fast OR slow chargers exclusively (instead of mixed list currently showing).
Add a restrictive filter that on selection ónly displays Fast chargers (DC) when traveling long distances.
Add a separate restrictive filter showing only slow chargers (AC) for destination charging.
Please make the filter option available for Android auto as well.

Add information/instructions on when to add a pass
My suggestion is for the following feature:
Either:
Add an information panel when users enter the Toll and HOV passes page for the first time, informing them that adding passes may route them into areas or through restricted roads.
Or:
Allow us to add information against each pass/permit, giving the user guidance as to what each pass is for.My suggestion solves this problem:

Allow users to remove ding for hazard and back to custom or default voice for hazard announcements.

Please get the driver display working for AAOS
Im sure everyone noticed this right away that waze is not working on the driver display, which is how these systems were designed to be used. Please get this working ASAP so i can stop using Google maps.

Please bring back the HALO features on the waze app
Dear Waze,
Nearly 300 people (and rising) have signed our petition in response to the removal of the HALO features on your app. Please take this into consideration and please bring back the awesome HALO features on your app. We miss them.

Rest areas along the route should be reported. Drivers will likely get tempted to type while driving if they suddenly need a rest area
Rest areas should be on the report along the route. Report should include something like “Rest Area 5 miles ahead”

Closed locations
Multiple times, I have been taken miles off of my route to go to a certain store or rest stop or gas station, only to arrive and discover that it’s either permanently closed or hasn’t been opened for business yet (I’m not talking business hours. I’m talking “still under construction.”) this is infuriating. Please allow us to mark locations as permanently closed or have the app notify us that it’s not open yet. Avoid part of route.
Please add an option to avoid a part of a route that you don't like. For example, if you like the route that Waze choose for you, but there is just one road you don't want to use, put the option to click on that road and have Waze route you around that road. Also add an option to avoid a road block. So if you come up to a road block, just click that button and it will route you around it. Otherwise, this APP is the best GPS I've seen.
