Electric preferred fuel type
There is STILL no option to select Electric as preferred fuel type in the navigation settings. It's been requested many times over several years, and EVs are increasingly popular.
Note that this is not about adding charge points to the map, but providing the EV navigation option.1 vote -

Show Stop lights
Make viewing intersections with stop lights and option (show the stop light on the navigation). This is something Apple Maps has and it helps people anticipate turns and make less mistakes.

Provide way to stop alternative routes
Please provide a way to stop alternative routes during heavy traffic. This app goes too far in creative ways to cut down time that 75% of the time do not pan out well for me and I am later than originally predicted. 15 min late for appointment in Seattle because this app suggested a left turn in the I-99 tunnel that was not physically possible. I have also had the app reroute me to a literal dead end leaving the Oregon Coast when a time saving suggestion way provided.

Parada no destino ou continuar navegação na impossibilidade de parar
O Waze poderia apresentar um botão para confirmação da parada no destino. Caso não haja a confirmação da parada, o Waze poderia retornar a navegação àquele destino. Muitas vezes, não é possível parar no destino por conta do trânsito, sendo necessário continuar o percurso por algumas quadras ou ruas.

מתן התראה על תחנת דלק קרובה ,
לאחר שנהגים נוסעים זמן רב, הם עייפים ואכן צריכים לנוח, מצב זה מאלץ אותם להתחיל לחפש תחנות דלק באזור,שלעיתים אינה נראת קרוב והמצב שנוצר הינו שהנהג צריך להתחיל לחפש ואף מגיע למצב שהוא עוצר בצד,
נוסף לכך כשאר הנהג רואה את תחנת הדלק לעיתים הדבר מאוחר מידי ואינו מספיק לעבור לנתיב הימני בכדי לצאת לתחנת דלק
במידה והייתה קיימת התראה מוקדמת שלדוגמא הוויז היה מעדכן שבעוד כ2 או 3 קמ בדרך בה אני נוסע ישנה תחנת דלק, הדבר היה מאפשר מעבר מוקדם לנתיב
הימני ומונע את פספוס התחנה עקב הנסיעה המהירה או לעיתים גודש התנועה העמוס המקשה את הפנייה הפתאומית…1 vote -
Better lane guidance
Better lane guidance would be a big help. I’m coming from Google Maps. I would get notified at more than a mile when to get into a lane before a turn and how far over I need to be. So 1 mile to 2 miles out would be good especially on the expressway when traveling at higher rates of speed. If the notification became more frequent the closer you got to An exit or to a turn that would be a help as well

Holiday lights
People can nominate and submit pictures of their house decorated with holiday lights (can be Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, etc). Then when someone uses Waze to drive they can chose to drive a way that takes them through the house holiday lights or take a route just to look at Christmas lights. I think people would love this!

Highway's Rest Area and Parkings
I would like to propose to include on the maps the location of the Rest Areas and Parking along Highways and Local Roads. This would be really helpfull on long trips.
Also the notification of the nearest Gas station would be an asset to the application.

[Feature Request] Moving Lane Guidance (See Example)
It would be nice if we could have moving lane guidance to make things a little clearer.
Waze is sometimes too slow or unclear/confusing to give me a direction on the road, causing me to miss a turn.
TomTom Go does this exceptionally well and I would love to see this implemented in Waze.

Head up display
My car has a headup display (Mazda cx5), the exits from roundabouts are poorly indicated, it always shows a left turn, you cannot see the exit. The recommended lane is not indicated either (with Google Maps it does indicate it)

Improve traffic in nyc!!
Improve rerouting to avoid traffic. Waze does a bad job of this in NYC area.

Ability to name drive plan
The ability to plan the drive and get the notification to leave on time is super helpful but I wish I could name them without plan it in the calendar event to have it named.

On screen disable of route, once underway.
I exit freeway because of traffic. Now WAZE wants me to turn left, turn right, U-turn at every opportunity to get me back on the freeway route. I would like to instruct WAZE to reroute me with option to avoid previous routing. I know if I go far enough off initial route this will happen automatically. But that's not helpful when I'm on unfamiliar streets.
