Congratulations on the relaunch of Leaderboard!
To enhance the monitoring experience over time, I would like to propose a ranking system based on a percentage of total users within a specific universe. For instance, suppose I am ranked #200 in a country with 1,000 editors. In this scenario, I would be in the top 20% of the rankings.
If, over the course of a few years, my ranking drops to #300, it might initially seem discouraging. However, this change could be attributed to the local community expanding to 3,000 editors. Consequently, I would still be in the top 10% of…

The shortest route in terms of time should take account of a reduced speed compared with the maximum speed
My employer wants me to drive with a reduced speed below the speed limits :
- 110 km/h on roads limited to 130 km/h
- 100 km/h on roads limited to 110 km/h.
I can't set those maximum speeds into the Waze settings.
The path with the shortest time depends on the maximal speed a vehicle has on each type of road.4 votes -
Potholes reports disappear
Every day I report huge potholes on motorway E42 in Belgium, and every day I have to report them again and again because Waze doesn't take my indications into account. Could you please make an effort? Thanks.

add a main axis route option
Waze often takes us along small roads, not always in good condition, in small villages. This option is disturbing because we don't know where we are going (the intersections no longer indicate our destination). It's dangerous because the roads are not designed for this amount of traffic. It's annoying because it's much more difficult to drive on these small roads with several intersections and turns where the slightest mistake takes us off the right path. Voice feedback
Give road conditions eg. Accidents/closures/pot holes etc by voice ie. 'Waze - pot hole at this point' or 'Waze - road closed here's. Rather than taking eyes of road to press screen icons.

Poder guardar el recorrido efectuado
Hago siempre el mismo recorrido y quisiera guardarlo, como una creación mía, y poder elegirla como un recorrido guardado. Así no pierdo tiempo en elegir uno que no es el que yo pienso hacer. Y aparte me permitiría ver las alertas cuando estoy comenzando mi recorrido.

Use iphone screen as a touchscreen
Some cars' infotainment system has a non-touchscreen; consequently, it is hard to manipulate the map by zooming in &out or looking around the map. It is possible to make the iPhone as a remote by adding a touch area which can control the map like moving or zooming in. One navigation app “高德地图” has such function already. It is really convenient for driver to see the map!

Show factors that impact route prediction.
Show factors that impact route prediction.
Example: New Orleans has many closures during Mardi Gras season.
I had Waze show route to a Burger King that I knew would be impacted by closures. The pre-route screen did not show any information that would hint to the problem.
The route did come up as expected that was far from a direct route.
Then checking the map in Waze, it did show the many closures that the route page did not.Waze should show closures, traffic, Hazzard Reports and anything else that would impact the route.

Active vehicle on shoulder
I’d like to see a different color for active vehicles on shoulder, for when people are present or actively working their vehicle. Rather than a vehicle that’s been sitting there for days.

Transitioning into a new speed limit area.
Kindly include a prompt that notifies you when you're transitioning into a new speed limit area. Let the user choose if they would like to be notified if a new speed limit zone has been entered.

Need A View Shared Drive Option While Using CarPlay
The green-ish “View Shared Drive” button that normally appears on the right side of the screen does not appear while connected to Apple CarPlay. Currently, the only way to view a drive that has been shared with you is to disconnect from CarPlay, which is very frustrating. I am on a road trip with family in which we are driving two separate vehicles, and it would be very useful to be able to view a shared drive on my CarPlay screen to see where the rest of the family is and what their ETA is.

Add “Avoid Width Restrictions”
I’ve got a pretty big car and hate width restrictions when I’m driving through the rat race of London rushing to get to work.
