return to arrow icon not working properly
the return to arrow icon does not stay selected once having a different icon for your car on the map, and then wanting to go back to the arrow icon.

Time to leave reminder intervals
Leave time is 10 minutes, would be helpful to have other optionss. 20 mintes 30 minutes, etc.

Google And Waze Communication
How About Allowing Google Talk To Waze For Directions Or If You Spot A Cop Or Hazard Or Wreck Etc. I can push a button my my steering wheel having google talk to waze for directions, police reports potholes hazards etc. This would make driving safer and not having to touch the screen on my radio while driving just ask google to talk to waze say like HEY GOOGLE ask WAZE for directions to the closest McDonald's in this area etc. Get this idea! This would be a huge improvement!

Request for Recalculation of Route after Deviating from Predefined Path
Hello,My name is Paul, and I have been using the Waze app for some time. I have noticed that when I choose to deviate from the predefined route, the app continues to redirect me back to the original route, even though I would prefer a recalculation of a new route from my current location.Please consider adding an option in Waze that allows for the automatic recalculation of the route starting from the point where the user deviated from the predefined path. Waze App - Create Own Preferred Route.
Hi.
It would be great, if we could create a Navigation Route based on our own personal drives. I usually (99%) drive the same route many times a week.
However, the app doesn’t recognise some directions i go and has to recalculate it. If, having the preferred route stored without any recalculating, it be a nice touch.

calculate the remaining time within the tutors' route
I live in Italy and we have tutors on the highways who calculate the average speed
via cameras that mark the entry and exit times of cars within a stretch of road. It would be incredible to integrate a function that indicates how much longer you have to stay within this zone to avoid the fine, an idea would be to use the formula:
Time in minutes = (distance/speed)*60by doing this you could have a timer which, if respected, would avoid the fine
(furthermore, an indicator could also be integrated that tells you at what speed you must continue…

Signal a portion of the map that a car which has a mother that is about to give birth will pass, so that drivers should be careful
For future parents, this could be of help.
They can open Waze and put in their license plate and signal that they are an urgent transport because a mother is about to give birth.
And when they put the directions to the hospital, their route is highlighted on the map for every single Waze user.
This way, drivers are being noticed and won't be surprised to see a speeding car.2 votes -

Android Auto Problems
I noticed that there is no option to share the route through the ANDROID AUTO version and this is very important. It's also really bad when we use 2 fingers to zoom out of the map (after zooming out a bit, we can only zoom out by clicking on the "-" sign. I would like to suggest that this be looked into and improved. Thank you.

Make next road number bigger when andriod auto
Font size of next road name is big but the size of next road number is too small.

auto translate street names language to english or to any language by choice from general settings menu
any tourist arround the world would love it , and its easy to apply using google translate engine inside waze map.

"Closure" function in iOS app=broken. Engaging CLOSURE displays area map with white arrows that mostly can not be selected.
Selecting CLOSURE from UI on iOS results in a local map. This shows White Arrows and red "-" icons. Unfortunately, often, the user can NOT select on the white arrows to flag the road closure, And the UI is displaying selection of a white arrow when another, not related, white arrow is clicked on. The way it is working now the app CLOSURE function is literally not usable.. It would be very helpful if the APP were smart enough to automatically select a intersection closure based on the information that the suggested and running route was not followed and now…

App development / upgrade to display larger MPH on cellphone while using Carplay or Android Auto
Can Waze find a way to display the speed limit in large font on the cell phone in conjuntion with and while using Apple Carplay. Today when I open The Waze app on my cellphone while using Car play I get the turn by turn directions listed out. My idea would be an option to switch that to a larger MPH display/displays on the cellphone which would be easier to see that the smaller MPH that is on the map. Just a thought but I think you guys can do it.

Tap map for more acurate alerts
Sometimes i go to make a report and im ofline, or i was just turning off the highway but could see a coo taking radar ahead of me, so it be nice to be able to touch map then hit alert button for more acurate alerts, but also keep it like it is now where you can just hit alert and it will make the alert where you are, have this as a second option for whatever reason , atleast allow a certain radius so you cant just make alerts up anywhere on the map

Saved places folders
It would be nice if individual saved places could be saved in separate folders. Possible one for family, shopping, vacation, activities, etc. It would make it faster and easier to find a place without scrolling through my entire saved list.

Note detours / closure when reason for future turn
If an upcoming turn (even if miles away) is due to a road closure/ detour, create an alert. This can allow finding alternative route earlier and avoid significant backups on highways by taking earlier exits

Integrating apps such *** gas buddy for gas prices and other apps such as drive smarter for radar alerts so we don’t have to pick between Waze or some other app
