  1. Default view should be Map View not List View when choosing a route.

    It's easier for me to visually choose the best route since I know my city, and I sometimes have a preference for one route over the other.

  2. Mapeamento Personalizado de Áreas de Risco

    Como o mapeamento público e para todos os usuários, de áreas de riscos, poderia trazer problemas e ensejar o ajuizamento de ações judiciais contra os desenvolvedores do aplicativo, por preconceito ou discriminação, gostaria de sugerir que, ao invés do Waze mapear os locais, ele pusesse a disposição dos usuários uma ferramenta que possibilitasse ele próprio fazer o seu mapeamento, baseado nos seus conhecimentos atuais e os que venha a adquirir sobre as áreas de risco e esse mapeamento ficaria disponível somente no seu aplicativo e no seu aparelho, evitando-se assim que algumas pessoas se sintam discriminadas publicamente por serem taxadas…

    לדעתי כדאי להכניס את הקטגוריות השונות שמוצגות לאחר צילום בית העסק - באתר שמסביר על כך (https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6125653?hl=en). זה יוצר חיסכון בזמן ופחות טעויות ברגע האמת :)

  5. Eco mode

    How about an Eco mode that would give you a warning beep if you accelerate or decelerate too fast or drive over the posted speed limit? Of course, the driving speed (for traffic) would need adjusted (because if you're driving 10 under the speed limit for MPG reasons that doesn't mean that there's traffic issues).

  6. Pop-up to drive safely with Facebook friend's picture

    You can send as popup to who is driving too fast a message as if its a closer friend from Facebook (they have reports of people with more interaction)and with the picture the message "drive safely, people care about you"
    You can use as a tool or only for some video to go online and make people think about safety, and would be nice for waze marketing.

  7. Where did all the little Wazers go????

    I am a relatively new Wazer, about two months. When I first started using Waze I could see all the little Wazers ahead of me. Now I don't see any, sometimes one will appear for a second or two then disappear. Please add the little Wazers back onto the map. Right now I feel very alone, and slow!

  9. Show slow traffic in yellow or red

    Even if users don't send a notification of slow traffic, if the system detects that a few users are slowing down, change the display of the road to yellow or red. Currently, on the 118 freeway there are some spots about 2 miles long that are very slow, however Waze shows normal.

  12. Hey, Waze. There seems to be a problem with IOS 9.1 on Iphone 5S for Version 4.0.1.1.

    When Bluetooth is connected to car, and the voice directions override the radio, after the voice direction, the radio remains overridden and the Iphone starts to play from the Itunes library rather than going back to the radio. This is a pretty annoying bug because you have to switch back to the radio on the car. This did not happen prior to IOS 9--it would automatically switch back to the radio when the instruction finished.

  13. Recent Changes resulted in worse routes

    I commute to NYC daily through crazy greater NYC traffic and Waze saved me time by always great routes. Whatever changes have been implemented over the last few months have completely ruined the route selection, or criteria used to determine the routes. They are often wrong, sending me far out of my way. But when I run Apple Maps in parallel with WAZE to test these routes, they are always incorrect and take longer. The product was perfect and made me switch from MAPS. Now performance is so bad I need to switch back to MAPS in order not to…

    Olá. Percebo hoje uma eficiência muito grande do app na busca por locais ao invés de endereços. Ex: Bancos, restaurantes, etc. Penso que seria interessante que quando vc fizer a busca por um local, que ele abra um link pra vc ver feedback de pessoas que já estiveram naquele local. E essas informações poderiam ser tomadas das pessoasl que fizeram as pesquisas e navegaram até o local. Ex: eu pesquiso um restaurante chamado "O BRASAO". O app rapidamente me mostra vários locais com este nome e mostra a localidade de cada um... Por dedução de cidade e tal escolhemos o…

  16. PREVIEW my frequent route and give me an overview

    Let me store common routes (commutes, etc), then when I'm ready to leave for work or leave work for home, Waze would 'preview' my route and automatically send me a txt or email with an overview....i,e., "traffic heavy on I-275, suggest US-23 instead" or "high police activity on I-94, suggest M-22 instead"... it could even be time based where it would automatically send if it's a normal commute day so I know if I have to leave earlier to make it in time.

  17. Driver Safety Points: auto-reply to texts, speaker/bluetooth calls only, and speeding alerts.

    It would be great if, when you signed into Waze, you were prompted to click on Driver or Passenger. If you are the driver, Waze puts the phone into drive mode, and it either auto-replies to texts with one of five pre-set messages (set up in settings), or it becomes completely voice activated, so it reads your incoming text aloud and allows you to respond via voice only (also set in settings per driver preference).   18. Make Waze for car satnavs

    It would be great if I could replace my cars inbuilt TomTom satnav with Waze.

    It runs off Andrioid so hopefully shouldn't be that hard.
