Personal features layer
Adding map features requires approval/access/high enough map editor level.
I suggest adding support for a 'personal' layer in Waze.
On that, everybody can add anything, change anything, without restrictions, but will only show for you (your account / the Waze on your phone / ...)From the Waze perspective, that allows you to mine for information harder to get, to be potentially shown on a 'Community' layer or even the main map (after maybe some extra vetting)
For example, you can mine all the 'Personal' layers for things by looking for features that multiple people, independent of each other, add…

Allow choosing display mode of iphone waze app when using carplay
When using carplay, the iphone display of waze app is forced to be a list of navigation mode. I hope the iphone could also display as map mode when using carplay. Thank you.

Show "Where to?" Only when the app is Fully loaded
Sometimes when opening app (mobile), you can immediately tap "where to?" And start choosing the destination, but then while typing, suddenly input view closes back to main view and you accidentally tap on something and app starts calculating routes you dont even want to go to. That is annoying! Better do not show the "Where to?" Untill the app is totally loaded and ready. It would make overall UX more pleasant in a rush.

Celebrity Voices
Can you add Dave Chappelle voice. I would like to hear celebrity voices give street by street names and locations. I think it's possible on the iphone but not on android phones.

Add option to update prices of all gas stations as pass them. I find I cannot update a gas station I pass by even by clicking on them on the map

Finger hold for icon placement
When placing a hazard or police location on the map, currently you have to tap on the screen to bring up the choices, tap for police, tap again for their location and then tap again to place it on the map. Why not after the first tap, if you keep your finger on the screen, automatically show the options, slide your finger to the one you want, and then once your finger is released, the icon drops straight into the map.

Road closures can be reported but unlike police, other reports you can't say that its not actually there. Need this feature added

Potholes are removed by bad actors
I drive rideshare and diligently mark devastating potholes just for them to be removed moments later. There may be bad actors in high clearance vehicles with big tires removing these, or just people that don't see them from a different lane. It's likely many just want the notification off screen and mindlessly downvote. It needs to be more difficult to get rid of pothole reports, or allow us a setting to make recent reports more persistent regardless of downvotes.

sliding scale for notification allowed
I was using waze on my journey yesterday and after a lot of use, confirming hazards, when I went to add a missing one, I received a notification that I was blocked from adding any due to mis use or something like that.
As a Royalty wazer! With over 10 years experience and a Map editor, it was a surprise that I couldn't add information to a community driven map!
Please help me understand why I was blocked?

Regarding main streets
Is there any way, you can improve the navigation when it comes to a Main Street and you gotta turn left if you can guide us to a part of the street that has a traffic light for we can have a better chance at turning with all that traffic Passing by in a Main Street

Possiblity to use Waze on an android device with physical buttons instead of touch screen
I have an android head unit with a non touch screen, I have installed Waze but I can not navigate in the app menu. The headunit buttons are not responsive.
