    Ciao,
    in altri navigatori esiste la "funzione" naviga verso foto.
    In sostanza con gli smartphone di ultima generazione quando scatti una foto il GPS traccia latitudine e longitudine nelle caratteristiche della foto stessa.
    Quando esegui questa funzione il navigatore apre la galleria immagini del telefono e quando selezioni la foto di interesse calcola l'itinerario per raggiungere tale latitudine e longitudine.

  3. Pause sharing instead of canceling

    I like being able to share my room with friends, but I found if I stop somewhere it cancels it. I shared a route with a friend the other day and stopped at a store and when they tried to follow me the request was denied – it was canceled. There must be some way to pause a route when someone is making a temporary stop.

  5. Add a brightness control to compensate in app for night driving and sunny days

    At night I find my phone screen is to bright to have running, I alter this using the brightness in phone settings but this is a long winded excessive, would be better to have an in app slider or on screen button to control brightness or a 3 finger drag say up and down the screen would be amazing. This would work in the opposite during sunny days when a greater backlight is required.

    Map Reports made by the user who wants to mark a spot of an issue or leave a note to him/herself to find it later on the map.
    (that only user who submitted them can see those reports)

  13. STOP 180° car rotation when standing still

    So I come to a stop light, and after a while, my car and map (not the screen) rotates, I guess, as it thinks I actually did make a U turn. Problem is my speed is 0km/h. It happens even when you have a destination to navigate to, and then, all of u sudden, I'm turned around and I'm being shown to make first to the right. I start driving, the whole thing rotates ones again, and I miss my left turn !?!?! I think it's because it get's a satellite position which shifted a bit, so it thinks that…

  14. license plate reporting / review review system for bad drivers

    Currently, there is no system of checks and balances for bad or dangerous drivers. If someone is driving recklessly, or dangerously (slamming on brakes, threatening people, road rage) the only recourse is 911, which doesn't always apply and would increase erroneous / wasteful emeergency calls which should be used for more important emergencies.

    If the DMV won't listen, then I hope application developers like Waze, or someone else would implement this feature so that bad drivers can be tracked and reported via license plate in a community fashion.

    Then hopefully, the DMV will do something and create a review program…

  17. I use the iPhone but my idea is for all. The report button in the bottom right corner should be changed to a "Mark position button". Safety!

This will let you mark the position at the moment needed and then identify the hazard or type of report when it is safe to do so after the fact. I always feel like I'm rushed and distracted trying to get the position marked and identified in time.

    You should add support for On Board Diagnostics OBD II from elm327 bluetooth as Torque app does and the stats to Waze user profile.

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

    We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.

  19. Report dangerous area or attemp assault, theft, etc.

    The same way we can report the traffic, it would be interesting to get to report if you saw in front of you or you was was assaulted, robbed or threatened. This way other people can avoid the way, the cops can see where there are bad guys acting and so on. If you're nearby your cell also would play a sound like gun fire. :0).

  20. Add DUI check point report button

    Add a DUI check point alert, report button that is seperate from police reports. This can be linked with online area reports plus waze drivers can report. But it would help if could say which direction on the street the checkpoint is set up on.
