Give a choice between "My waze" on the bottom and standard left swipe
Very unsatisfied about new "feature", when left swipe menu was changed to useless "My waze" button on bottom of the screen and search bar. If I use phone in album - it eats a lot of space. Add feature in the settings, where user can select - my waze and search bar (for stupids), or left swipe and magnifying glass as were earlier.

Search along my route
When searching for a restaurant when I'm en route, don't tell me about the restaurant 2 exits behind me, tell me about the ones ahead and along my route. Maybe suggest a place along my route in an estimated time frame. i.e., look for a place to eat lunch between noon and 1p or breakfast at around 7am

Partner with Auto Navigation Systems
Why doesn't WAZE partner with the Auto Industry to offer WAZE as their standard navigation system? I have a vehicle with a navigation system but often use WAZE on my phone because it has more offerings. I wish my navigation system was WAZE.

Include trains and offer Wazers a way to share seats
I live in Tokyo where most people commute by train and to a lesser degree by bus. Trains are subject to delays caused by things like local power outages, equipment failures, and even suicides. Overcrowding is also an issue. Being able to report to other Wazers that a line has temporarily stopped gives them a chance to choose another route. Also having the ability to share your location on a voluntary basis so that other users can know when you will get off the train and a seat will become available would be nice. Stop supporting the oppression and genocide of innocent Palestinians
I'll be removing my account and app with Waze due to the hand they play in the oppression of innocents in Palestinian territory. I'll be spreading the word about this also in the aim to help remove more users for your platform until you change your stance and stop support the apartheid that's taking place in 2021.

Android Auto localized voice search
When using Waze for Android Auto, I would like an additional voice search icon to be available at the search input box. This voice search should work the same way as Waze for Android voice search works.
This is especially important for languages where the Google Assistant language is not supported. It would also be useful to find destinations when going abroad and localized place names are in a different language than what is set in Google Assistant.
This would reduce driver distraction a lot in many regions of the world I think.

Android Auto interface, select destination on map
When long-tapping the Waze for Android Auto map, a location marker appears and the road is highlighted and that's all.
I would like a "navigate to point" popup to appear, similar to google maps. Without this, it is not possible to navigate to a point highlighted on the map.13 votesHey,

It is so annoying when using the new system when you’re typing in an address and suggestions come up in between the numbers and the letters keyboards! Please put the suggestion above the numeric keyboard so that the keyboard doesn’t jump up and down like a lunatic. Many thanks

Permanent road closures in London
Permanent road closures in London
There have been so many new road closures due to the LTN scheme (low traffic neighbourhoods). There is nowhere on the app that allows you to say that the road has been blocked to traffic in both directions at a particular point and that it is a road closure – usually permanent. Show postcode with address
i am a delivery driver for a local restaurant, i think it would be a great improvement to also show the postcode next to address, just before pressing ‘Go’.
This way, if an address in a town is similar to another address in the same town, i can make sure i have the right one, as all deliveries have an address but most importantly the postcode.6 votes -
Stop automatically rerouting to Waze's preferred route
Your selected route should be "sticky" or require permission to change.
Waze is great, we all know that. But there is one issue that is almost service-breaking. When I select an alternate route, as opposed to waze's preferred route, if I make one minor change (such as backing out to the left when Waze expected me to go right), Waze will put me back on its preferred route.
