Control voice instructions via Android Auto
Please place a control on the Waze Android Auto screen to be able to at least mute/unmute the voice instructions. It would prevent from lots of dangerous situations as one wouldn't have to detach the phone from car USB and change the voice instruction level on the phone's screen.

You are giving incorrect directions to the rail trail on Union St. Holliston
I want to report WRONG directions to the rail trail on Union St. Holliston Ma. It's a dead end and private property. Please correct. Drivers with their bikes on board arrive and are confused and upset.

Address illegal shoulder drivers
I’m in traffic caused by traffic a few miles ahead. I and many others chosr to get off at the exit prior to my usual, legally. I hate it when people dtive on the shoulder, even if it is paved. They try to “cut the line”. These illegal, entitled drivers depend on the kindness of “Nice” people to let them in. This bothers me a lot! A solution: I don’t know, maybe have police auxiliary called in to block shoulder when an accident is called in to block these illegal shoulder drivers at the time of the accident.

Zoom Feature in Android Auto
The Android Auto version should have zoom enabled all the time (like in the native software), and not just when the car is stopped. This will make navigation much easier, esp when transitioning from highway to city or residential streets.

OFFER AN EASIER ROUTE TO THE PINEHLLS PLYMOUTH
You offer two options to get off at Route 3 Exit 4. and then you are on a winding dark road. EXIT #3 IS A MUCH MORE PLEASANT OPTION AND YOU SHOULD OFFER DIRECTIONS. I gladly drive an extra 10 min ti avoid LONG POND RD WHICH IS A TOUGH COMMUTE

More Space Between “Thanks” & “Not There”
As I pass an alert, CarPlay screen asks me to choose either “Thanks” or “Not There.” The buttons are spaced so close together, sometimes I’m not sure if I accidentally pushed the wrong button. It would be helpful to space the buttons out. If they are further apart, it will be easier to hit the correct one, especially in a moving car.

Waze for deaf people
It would be great if Waze added some sort of subtitles to the voice command so deaf people could also have guidance on that. Or even a specific sound that causes the vibration they need to understand it is an alert

Change settings in Waze on my phone without having to disconnect from android auto
If I want to change to avoiding tolls I have to disconnect from android auto in order to change that feature on my phone

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

To be able to navigate to an event on your calendar when using Android Auto
To be able to tap on the address on my calendar and have it connect to android auto to navigate right to that address. Rather than having to manually type it in on android auto

implementare l'app waze con comandi vocali integrati per le segnalazioni, es. "waze segnala lavori in corso" " waze segnala polizia" ecc.
Dare, con comandi vocali, le segnalazioni da fare, mentre si guida l'auto, onde evitare di distrarsi.
Attualmente per segnalare, ad esempio "autovelox", bisogna distogliere lo sguardo dalla guida per concentrarsi a toccare i comandi di segnalazione sul pannello di waze;
implementando i comandi vocali, tipo "ok google", si renderebbe la guida più sicura;
il comando potrebbe essere "ok waze", segnala pattuglia della polizia.
"ok waze", segnala auto ferma sul bordo strada.
"ok waze", segnala lavori in corso;

just fix glitches
app is becoming increasingly less reliable; alerting me to leave 14 hours after my trip, sending me down longer routes, changing the route after i've selected my preferred option, & abruptly ending directions before i've gotten to my destination.
it's handy that you can pinpoint a difficult spot in the map when you get to it, but not great that it asks for a description while you're driving; would be safer if it pops up at the end of your trip.

Give the option to say I entered the express lane or not
Every morning Waze says to use the express lane. I usually don’t need to. In the afternoon I am not told to use the express lane. I almost always need to. If I could say when I entered it or not Waze could get better data to suggest when I will need the express lane
