Bike path crossing alerts
In bicycle-centric cities like Madison, WI, the roadways are full of bike path crossings. Some have flashing yellow lights, while others are simply painted green. Alerting drivers of bike path crossings would make cities like Madison much safer.
For reference, I was rear-ended at one with full flashing lights last year. It could have been fatal had the cyclist not been crossing the other side of the boulevard at the moment of impact.
Please consider giving Waze users the option to be alerted at bike path crossings!

I would like to suggest an important improvement to the app: adding a button at the beginning of each drive to select the type of vehicle – such as private car, truck, commercial vehicle, bus, etc.
As a truck driver, I often get directed to roads that are not suitable for heavy vehicles – including narrow streets, bridges with height restrictions, or roads where commercial vehicles are prohibited. These situations cause delays, frustration, and sometimes even safety hazards.
I believe this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and allow for more personalized and safe navigation.

I would like to suggest an important improvement to the app: adding a button at the beginning of each drive to select the type of vehicle – such as private car, truck, commercial vehicle, bus, etc.

Corregir el zoom mientras se conduce
Desde la última actualización, el coche se sitúa en el centro de la imagen.
Teniendo en cuenta que, en móvil, en la parte superior está el texto con la siguiente instrucción (carril, salida, distancia, etc.), es prácticamente imposible anticipar el trazado de la carretera
Con el móvil en vertical, ahora mismo veo mejor las calles por las que YA HE PASADO que las carreteras o giros que vienen a continuación.
Eso no tiene ningún puto sentido.
El centro de la imagen (el coche) debería estar situado en la parte inferior de la imagen para poder ver al máximo la ruta…

Flight times
I would like to post an idea about flights. I thought it could be helpful for myself and for others. I live in Indiana and often drive to O’Hare airport in Chicago to pick up family and friends visiting, or to get to the airport to catch a flight myself. It would be nice if in the “plan a trip” you can enter a flight number and day of flight so that it reminds you when to leave like other trips that you plan based on the flight information. Feature Request: Co-Drive Functionality
Every year, I go on vacation with my family and friends, and we always rely on the Waze app, which has been incredibly helpful for all of us.
I’d like to suggest a new feature that could enhance the experience for groups traveling in multiple cars: a Co-Drive functionality. The idea is to allow users who are part of the same travel group to see each other’s locations on the map during the trip. Por favor. Permitam que coloquemos o aviso de aproximação dos radares na parte superior junto com a faixa preta que indica as ruas. Eu piloto olhando para aquela legenda no canto superior e quando tem radar tenho que descer os olhos até o fim da tela para ver a distância em metros dos radares e isso incomoda muito!!! E ainda tira muito a atenção da via. Pra quem pilota moto isso está ruim demais. Arrumem isso, permita que escolhemos onde irá mostrar.

Rutas Vehículos Eléctricos
Actualmente no planifica rutas para vehículos eléctricos como lo puede hacer ABRP. Ni siquiera te deja seleccionar vehículo eléctrico ya que solo deja elegir carburantes.
Estaría muy bien y sería una app casi completa si se incluyera un sistema de cálculo y rutas para vehículos eléctricos en donde la ruta se planifique con sus correspondientes puntos de recarga.
Creo que es un punto necesario y fundamental, ya que los vehículos eléctricos son el futuro y los de combustión están en un próximo proceso de extincion.1 vote -

Minimize train track warnings
Reduce the size of the train track banner so it doesn't obstruct other essential information - or at least give a choice as to where to see the banner, or whether to have the banner

Alert Settings
Please add a user setting for full or reduced alerting on roads usually travelled. The current regime of forced reduced alerting is causing confusion, map queries to WAZE and mistrust that WAZE is reliable. Not receiving alerts (regardless of alert settings) about driving behaviour cameras on usually travelled roads, as currently occurs when alerts reduce, defeats the purpose of using the app.

Verbally announce Exit Numbers
Verbally announce Exit numbers. Currently, the distance and direction is announced but you have to take you eyes off of the road and to your dash or phone display to see exactly which exit you should use when the exits are clustered (i.e.: 1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B). At highway speeds, the less time looking at the display and more on the road is better.

Add bike lanes on roads
There should be an option where you can see bike lanes, it can pop up on the side of roads that actually have bike lanes. If there is a bike lane and you need to turn where the bike lane is, it could give you a warning to watch for cyclists in the bike lane. With adding bike lanes, you can even add a feature for cyclists! When you put in your destination on Waze, there could be a pop up that is a little button which says CAR or BIKE. You could switch it on or off depending if…
