reporting vehicles on the side of the road
when reporting a vehicle on the side of the road, if the "vehicle stopped" icon were on the second screen and not buried, would be safer. 5 user inputs vs. a possible 3 - less time looking away from the road and at the map/device

Alert of traffic jam to avoid colision
Hello,
Trafic jam must be report as a danger. We need that the voice warn us to slow down before.
Right now the only way to avoid colision is to look at the screen of our phone to see if there a trafic jam. On highway it’s realy dangerous.Thanks

Ability to change road speed limit
Around schools and some residential roads the speed limit is 20mph, map still shows old 30mph speed limit

use voice directions based on signs
voice navigation (following waze's directions by ear, without looking on the screen)
as I understand, currently the orders are given by street name, this may cause difficulties in situation where route that should be driven has tottaly different naming and signs (happened to me...). my suggestion is to make a consideration in sign when defining the voice navigation for each junction, or let us the users to add the street name that is seen on the sign.1 voteThanks for your feedback. problem!!!!Missing Section Controll Speed cameras !
In a lot of European countries you have speed-control via section-control, means:
the avgerage speed is measured of a certain distance by taking picture of car when entering and leaving the measuring section.
Unfortunatly currently you can not warn other users of such controls.
On contrary, such controls are only posted as stationary speed-control when entering, which is very misleadingI drive every day Germany swiss...500+ miles track . ( I deliver pockets)
I dont know why but the waze app doesnt sows for you the speed cameras / radars in swiss ,also no option to add this to the…3 votes -
Waze editing
Can you get some of the edits updated or verified? Or if there are no waze users in an area to verify, start allowing users to move up to editors.

We offer special voices for holidays, events, and just for fun.
You can use these for the length of the promotion. When the promotion ends, your voice will reset to the default and the voice will no longer appear in the Sound menu.We hope that you enjoyed the voice while it was available and can’t wait to share more exciting voices to come!

Sres. Waze soy un taxista novato por lo cual no puedo calcular las tarifas cuando un cliente me pregunta el precio hasta un lugar determinado.
Una idea seria que cuando un cliente me diga que lo lleve a una dirección, usar el Waze y tenga una opción del precio a cobrar calculando la distancia y el trafico.
Como se calcularia el precio?
Nosotros pondriamos en una opcion, el precio por KM.
y Waze pondria el precio final al poner nosotros el destino donde ir.

Plane/Aircraft overheard notification..for Fun
Add a new notification: "Plane/Aircraft" overheard/visible at lowish altitude with details of type, airline etc. Just for fun! Answer that question "what's that plane I can see" when driving under flightpaths in cities.
Work with flightradar or planefinder to get the data feed that you need to support this.
Could also do this for ships, working with Marinetraffic/shipfinder

Google based domain fronting for Waze to fight internet censorship
Hi
As you might know Waze is being blocked in different countries including Iran.
It would be great to implement domain fronting techniques for Waze client so people in countries with limited internet access could be able to use Waze without installing third party VPN software.

Option to keep "battery saver" always on
Waze has this new "battery saver" feature that dims the screen when there is a long way until the next turn/action. As I understand, currently this feature only kicks in when the battery level is low (<25%). Or you can manually turn it on for a current trip, but it revert to the default behaviour next time you start Waze.
I suggest to add an option to keep it ALWAYS on. Because I would like to use it all the time... Even if the battery level is not low, I'd like to save it for the rest of the day.…

I believe that many users are not aware about "Inbox" - this is important for editors waiting for followup on URs.

Return to the continuous solid blue line
A recent upgrade has introduced a white arrow at junctions. It has made it harder to see where to go with just a glance at the screen. Sometimes the road after the turn is only a tiny bit of blue on the edge of the screen, so you need you need to look longer to see where Waze is taking you. It's particularly bad in poor light. Taking your eyes of the road for longer is not good for safety.
The white arrow adds nothing, please return to the clarity of the continuous solid blue line.
