Add a notification on a song that is being played while Waze is running.
It will be great to see which song is playing while using Waze. Just a small bar at the bottom or at the top of the app to show (for a second for example) the name of the song that is being played right now.

when is rush hour?
when I choose a destination, It would be wonderful if Waze would tell me when is rush hour on that route (based on past data) so I can plan ahead.

Going home options
When the app first starts, it always ask if I'm going home. Many times I am, but I say no, only because I do NOT want turn-by-turn instructions for a route I know by heart and drive every day. The app should have the option to only show ETA and maybe suggest a new route for the traffic on my normal route home.

Waze can make both nav and notifications bar of Android transparent. That way we can have a more immersive map app.

Don't FORCE users to register their cellphone numbers
New updates have deleted the option of choosing between registering with facebook, email or just user and password. Now the only chance you have to register your account is by giving your phone number. Don't demand it; let people choose.

Multi-selection of fuel stations.
Multi-selection of gas stations. For example, i like all of them but I don't like "independents". So i wanna select all except "white flag" (Brazilian term), or maybe i like some of them but not only one.

Seamless "OK, Google Now Navigate"
I would like Waze to begin navigation intermediately after it starts when I say "OK, Google Now Navigate to ..." without having me to click anything. Right now the destination appears on the map, but then I need to click the bock and tell Waze to begin navigation.

Ability to edit the text-to-voice pronounciations
While navigating, text-to-voice feature often pronounces abbreviations literally - eg 'univ' as 'univ', not 'university'. It also pronounces 'Ave' like 'wave' not the long 'a' in 'Avenue'
Can map editors fix individual signs and navigation cues?
(I'm a level 1 editor - so maybe this something that senior editors have access to)

insufisant speed limit notification
Hello and Happy New Year to all.
It remains for me 2 major gaps for waze and one interesting improvement.
- The sound alert only when over speeding is insuffisant and already cost me 1pt on my licence when I accelerate to overtake. ..
You can not look at the screen constantly we must keep an eye on the road. Then configurable audible signal for danger zones is therefore indispensable.

Crazy driver alert
Love Waze. You need a crazy driver alert. Someone going too fast, weaving, talking on cell phone and not paying attention! You can even take a pic of their license.

Daily Weekday Morning Traffic Report
I would like to receive a morning traffic report every weekday when I wake up to know of any hazards or traffic delays and the fastest / recommended route prior to departing to work (same destination every morning). Ideally, this would be pushed to the notification center and have the ability to be spoken (briefly stating that your preferred route is slower than usual or a wreck at a location and to use HWY 80 instead, etc.).

Make "Police reported ahead" prompts work in background
On my Samsung Galaxy S3 the "police reported ahead" prompts dont work when the app is running in background, however, the "vehicle stopped on shoulder" prompts work just fine. I would like the opposite. Thanks,

If going from/to work/home on preferred route, set audio to "alerts only".
We all go from work/home several times a week, usually by a preferred route, unless there's some traffic jam. I would like that the default audio setting is "alerts only" if I'm driving the route I know REALLY well. If it's rerouting me from my preferred route due to some event, then use whatever method is set for the client.

Notifications for Commuting times
It would be great if Waze could send out a notice when my commute dropped below a certain time.
I like to keep working until my commute drops to below 35 minutes. If I could get a push notification when that was the case (maybe I could designate the start point, end point and the relevant time frame), then I could stop checking the app every 20 minutes.

Tout d'abord, c'est dommage qu'on est pas un indicateur qui donne la qualité de retour sur la route empruntée. En effet, on ne sait pas s'il y a 1 ou 100 personnes devant nous. Un petit indicateur indiquant le nombre de personnes sur la même route que nous serait pratique.Ensuite, les péages sont pris en compte lors du trajet. Il serait intéressant de les noter sur la map, mais aussi mettre leurs prix. Soit il y a une base de données ouvertes, soit ,comme pour les prix des pompes à essences, on utilise les utilisateurs.
