Random route generator
I was thinking, something that would be cool is a random route generator. Punch in your destination and waze will give you random indirect options. Perfect for nice days to take a cruise. Just a thought

Bring Back Apple Car Play Microphone
PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE restore the microphone for use with Apple Car Play!!! I rely on this to get directions while driving - as I am certain countless others do as well - and it is a huge inconvenience not having it anymore. I bet you to please restore it!!!!

Camera/Police/Hazard WAS reported here - time frame after removal of issue
Have currently noticed that reports of police/cameras are being removed by the police and/or camera operators, as soon/soon after the intial wazer report is logged.
It would be great to see a feature that shows where cameras/police/hazards were reported, but have since been marked as no longer present. When a report is marked as no longer present, it shows up for [say] 2 hours after that 'speed camera was reported ahead'. If issue is still there (ie camera is still present, but was removed by the operator) users can re-enable the report - but NOT remove the warning until the…

It would be nice if you could pin the music player so that way alerts doesn’t close it all the way out.

même si les trajets sont exacts les routes que vous nous faites emprunter sont pour le mois dangereuses et ne sont absolument pas recommandables
cela vient du fait que votre application cherche la route la plus courte en temps mais non pas la route la plus sure même si elle nécessite le faire quelques km de plus

recycling Feature
Dear Waze, I am a sixth grader at Spring Creek Elementary in Dallas, Texas. My robotics team and I are working on our project for the First Lego League City Shaper season. The goal of the project this season is to somehow improve our city. We are acknowledging that the world is having a hard time recycling. Re-arranging the waze application display for "landscape" screens
On a 7" car display, which is a "landscape" display, the Waze application displays the "Next turn" box, including the turn description, on about a quarter of the screen, sometimes even larger. The Result is that the on-coming road map is covered by the box, and the "turn area" shows only at the last minute. For such a "landscape" display the screen display should be re-arranged so that the important part of the on-coming map shall not be hidden until the very last minute, similar to the standard "portrait" telephone display.

Report Traffic lights in Android Auto
The button to report faulty traffic lights is already in the mobile version of the app. Can we please get it ported over to the Android Auto version? At any point in time at least 30% of South Africa's traffic lights don't work and it would help many users if a few of us could report from our car displays.

Ability to modify the types of alerts I get announcements, I would like to remove car on the side of the road from alert announcements, I live in a city where there are so many I don't need to know about them.

Google maps will show you routes with a similar ETA right on the map. It would be great if Waze showed this too.

Adding report options "Oil Trace" and "Lane Closed" for Germany
I've seen that in Hungary there's the option to report at least a Closed Lane. This is also relevant for Germany. For example a closed lane on a relatively well known route of a driver could be dangerous. He's expecting a certain amount of lanes but doesn't know the newest conditions on road.
So please enable this option for drivers in Germany.The "Oil Trace" report could be helpful as well. Often such reports are mentioned in the radio. It would be a step forward to more safety in Germany and the rest of the world to add this kind…

La législation est claire (OK surtout en France je ne sais pas chez nos voisins européens ou même outre atlantique) avec un abaissement de la vitesse de 20kmh sur autoroute limitée à 130 et de 10km sur rocades ou autoroutes limitées à 110.Le développement d'un mode pluie avec un "bouton" pluie sur l'affichage principal du guidage ainsi qu'un e suggestion de passer en mode pluie si des alertes météo sont détectées dans le secteur traversé pourraient ajuster le temps de parcours à la réalité du terrain.

Suggestion: Can we get an auto-reroute or a stalled traffic ahead alert?
Couple of years ago I was headed home from a 6 hr trip with a 98 yr old man riding shotgun. I was less than 20 miles from home and ran up on a traffic jam on the interstate that added another 3 hrs to my trip.......an auto-reroute would have helped a lot

Put the speedometer back to black numberson a white background.
Why can't you people leave a good thing alone. I don't need you to tell me what the speed limit is. Making the display black on red is too hard to read, day or night. I know how fast I'm going. I hate Waze now.

show song playing while navigating using Android Auto
While using Waze on android Auto I would like to see what is currently playing, when using spotify or even on infotainment (Radio, XM, Ect.) There is a nice open spot at the top of the screen that could be used to display this info. I know that there is a quick popup when i change songs but would like the ability to display permanently.
