Buttons for confirm/dismiss -For CarPlay
Have confirm/dismiss buttons in larger “square” shaped format side by side rather than 2 long skinny rectangles on top of each other. More prone to accidentally clicking the wrong one while driving because there is little space for error while clicking. If they were decent sized 2 squares side by side, easier to click the correct one.

Rank gas stations by lowest detour from my route
Navigate me to a gas station that is on my way rather than a gas station that is nearest to my current location. That will be suitable for drivers that wants to pass through a gas station but it is not that urgent to them and just don't want to get off track too much that could stall them.
The closest overall might be 2 miles from my location, but Waze knows my route, the closest only might be behind me meaning a 3 miles away gas station might be a lot more reasonable option as the "added mileage or…

Please add stop lights.
Please add stop lights. They help when I'm not driving on the highway and especially when I'm driving in the city. I count how many stop lights I have so I know exactly where to turn and don't feel consistently lost.

Police / Mobile Camera Frequent Locations
Please create a feature that allows users to report and drop a pin 📌 on locations where police or mobile speed cameras (such as tripods, vans, etc.) are spotted. This way, we can receive a warning ⚠️ before reaching those areas, especially if multiple users have reported them. It would also be helpful to see how many people have clicked a small “OK” 👍 to confirm the accuracy of each report.

Why is there no FROM location and a TO destination? I can only START from my home address or go TO my home address.
Garmin has a START FROM anywhere TO anywhere. WAZE doesn’t.

waze gives poor routes results
need to allow more personalisation in route. i should be able to effectively set my routes. waze gives poor routes. Waze focuses to much on saving time and driving through short cut roads. It needs to have a balance between motorway and standard roads. I prefer 3/4 motorway on longer distance journeys. Would be great to have option to mamage the preference and even manually editing routes by hand.

Display should change from bright to dark mode while driving through an tunnel
The waze app should change from bright to dark mode while driving through an tunnel.
Waze maps should know if the actual position is in an tunnel (calculated by the route as the is no position in tunnels) and when driving in an tunnel the display should change. After leaving the tunnel the screen should change back to bright mode, if bright miy was active before the tunnel and it bright mode should not be activated at this time (in regards the the configuration to change to dark mode automatically).

Show routes for lorry/big vehicles
Need to add flag on the direction or something that lorry can go through. Identify what vehicle the driver used. Some roads bigger vehicle cannot enter. Please!
