The radar popups are REALLY annoying. They take almost half of the screen and often make me lose turns! Please, create an option to turn off radar popups!

Please... Please... Give me option to turn off the pop up, its bored me... Pleaaaaaaseeeee...

I like the idea of having the popups.. but, when I am navigating from home to work, I don't need to know about traffic congestion or police 35 miles out of my way. Maybe create an option to disable them if they are not on your navigation path or more then say... 5 miles out. Something like that?

I think you should be able to discontinue ads from a particular company similar to how facebook allows you to stop seeing a particular ad. If I am never going to go Mcdonald's I should not have to see that brand and Mcdonald's should not be paying for impressions to me.

Since a couple of weeks horror came down into the waze world : MacDonald's advertisement appears and take over the whole waze screen of our iPhone, especially in big cities where this company has shops. What a pity for waze! And for wazers to be obliged to bear this unwanted, agressive ad ! Was that really that necessary? At present there is no way in the preferences tabs to get rid of these dammned M signs.
Please. Please do something to make it possible for the users to activate or deactivate this option at everiones' own will and appretiation.

I hate the popups for radars. In my city there are many radars, so the popup is displayed almost all the time.

I agree that these are really annoying and useless pop-ups. I don't care about alerts located where I have no intention of going. My only concern are the alerts on my particular route. When I stop my car, I look at my phone to see where I go next on my route. It's really frustrating when I see a random alert in a random location pop up instead of my car and my route. Please, please, please make an option to turn this off!

They cannot be turned off in the current version.

It's the most annoying and useless feature of the Waze client. I need traffic info but not in the form of these stupid pop-ups.
The only reason I registered on this forum was to vote up this thread.

Anyway just please have some mercy and remove these pop-ups for once! I'm only talking about those popups that appear when the car is stopped.

Having to deal with pop-ups make Waze almost unusable in a country such as Brazil where drivers are too aggressive and keeping an eye on the road is of the utmost importance.
