Giving the user the ability to switch to satellite mode to see certain buildings or houses better and just streets on when to exit and everything, especially if you DoorDash. Also, the option to turn it off, completely not always automatically turn on whenever you connect to CarPlay.

I can have a better understanding of the surrounding with Satalite view. This is the only reason that kept me away from using Waze

Satellite view is absolutely valuable to drivers! It allows drivers to see buildings and monuments in relation to where they are. It's the reason I left Waze for Google Maps.

That is why Apple Maps is better then Waze cause you you can see the surroundings of where you are driving to and that is why you will always be second best and Mabey start listening to your user more that know how to make your maps better

2024 you have a better product than Google other than the satellite view. I would use waze more if it has satellite view.

It doesn't have to be the default. Just make it an option for those who want it.

I use satellite view a lot to understand my orientation when getting out of parking lots. It's hard to determine where the building is on Waze maps as the GPS arrow isn't always reliable and street names are usually not visible from the parking areas.

This has been all over the internet for years with users begging for this feature.

To say that you're providing what the drivers want and need when they're telling you differently is what causes you to lose customers.

But then what does Google care, they have their own map. No point updating this one.

That's great that you can figure out what the users want and need when 1,000s have been requesting this all over the internet for years.

Add satellite layer.
Put me in total control of the Waze app like I am with Google maps and you will have my loyalty and everyone else's of course that's probably not what you're striving for. Treat me like the customer is always right say what you want behind my back don't let me hear it and you'll have my loyalty. The way you communicate with people that have submitted ideas I've read some you're talking down your nose to these people they're your customers people don't expect to be liked but they do expect to be respected watch how you talk to people on here who are using your app everyone is listening if you fail it'll be because of your big ******* mouth. Oh yeah another thing you don't wave a carrot in front of someone's face and then tell him they can't take a bite and that's exactly what you did with your app you don't show people that there's reports out there of accidents and police and other things and you don't show people the wazers out there that are online and then not give them an option to look that information over before they get on the road when they have time to go through stuff like that it's only wise to give that option to people to allow them to have that power but only you can have the power then you keep the app and don't ask anybody else to use it shove it up your *** I'll never use ways again I'm a Google map man that's a true map for adults yours is formatted from my kids coloring book and it looks cheap and it looks stupid as **** and I'm embarrassed to use it you need your *** kicked
