Add closure report to Android Auto

There does not appear to be a way to report a temporary closure of a road due to an accident, etc. from within the Waze Android Auto interface. Please consider adding this feature.

    So, this is still pretty important. Most states don't allow the use of your phone while driving, so most folks are switching to Android Auto and Carplay. Waze should have the same functionality in AA/CP as it does in the apps.

    This feature has been missing for 6 years. I doubt it will ever happen at this point.

    Critically missing feature. Needing to unplug my phone and report directly from my phone while dealing with traffic issues is incredibly dangerous and should not be necessary

    I don't know if my vote actually went through, but I think this is critical. Without the ability to report road closures, waze becomes useless because it just keeps telling you to go down a closed road

    I can't believe it's almost 2024 and I have to DISCONNECT from Android auto and submit a road closure from the phone instead of from Android Auto

    Happens pretty frequently and taking out the phone is dangerous.

    so many reports of "missing road" are actually closures. this is a pretty glaring omission to both the Android Auto and CarPlay offerings...

    I also think this is critical; we had flooding in NYC area on September 29 and I couldn't report this, nor could I know in advance not to use these roads; as a matter of fact Waze tried to take me down one of these closed streets.

    Still waiting for this feature. I got caught in state emergency flooding. No one could warn me, and I couldn't warn anyone else. And once caught, there's no way to get guidance around a closed road

    Road closures (especially temporary ones) are a common occurrence around me. We need to be able to report this in Android Auto. Especially since we can utilize Waze on our phone while it is connected to Android Auto.

    Started using waze with android auto and thought I was going crazy. Why aren't all report types supported?

    This needs to be added asap! It's a nightmare trying find my way around a closure when I'm driving as Waze just wants to take me down the closed road! Having to pull over, stop and look at my phone to report via the app is insanity. Add the ability to report a closure on Android Auto now!

    Waze map editors get annoyed when I report a map error or wrong turn, but what should I do if the closure is not in the UI menu?

    If I can't have Waze open on my phone while Android Auto is running, we need this feature.
