Multilingual street names
Add the capability to add translations to street names so people who speak different/foreign languages can use the map. EX: In Israel, Google Maps has Anglicized street names, while Waze does not. As a result, the English-speaking voice in Waze cannot recite street names in Waze.
This feature would be of great use in NYC and other cities where there are plenty of ESL speakers and people who have very limited understandings of English. Spanish would be a great language to start with.

Show the source of an UR: app or livemap
Users can now create URs from the livemap, at any location, while UR created via the app are automatically located at the actual position of the user.
When handling an UR, it is useful to know if the UR has been created via the app, by a user actually present at the location, or via the livemap, which allows to create a UR at any location.
Knowing the source helps analysing the UR.17 votes -
Remove multiple closures
If you have a list of closures that need to be removed, it would be good to have a way of removing them in one go. Either by a selection check box option, or just a single Remove All option.

Link Parking Lots to Places in WME
When Searching for a place in the app, I've noticed the place will pop up, for example "Target" and its designated parking lot will show up almost always right below it, "Parking - Target". But when you click "Target" and go to see parking lots that are close, the only ones that show up are ones that have a Public lot type, which naturally isn't the one marked Target bc that needs to be marked Restricted bc only those going to Target can park there. If there could be a way a link a few parking lots to a place…

Put a "Select enter street' button in the Closures tab
The button/link exists in the General tab of the left sidebar. Can we please have the same button/link/function duplicated in the Closures tab?

Refer to turn closure from adjoining segment's closure list
RTC on turns are only visible in the "edit turn" infobox and with a small icon on the node. It would be great if the closure list of adjoining segments would contain a referral to the existence of this turn closure (possibly with a shortcut to edit this turn / turn closure). Could be as simple as "1 turn closure active" or something like that.

Make U-turn segment length shorter to 10m.
In India it's very difficult to create U-turns with segment lengths greater than 16m.
Please make it 10m or between 10m and 16m.Thanks.

Mark gas station brands as "Top Tier"
When refueling, many drivers are much more interested in fuel quality than in the specific brand. But at present, the Waze gas-station finder offers no means to limit searches by fuel quality.
Waze can solve this problem by supporting the identification of brands selling "Top Tier" gasoline. "Top Tier" is a consortium of vehicle manufacturers that approves certain gasoline brands as preferred for their engine designs (toptiergas.com).
"Top Tier" designation is associated with all stations selling certain brands and not with any individual station. I'm not sure what mechanism to suggest for Waze to support editing a brand-wide feature like…

Replace ':' and '>' by a direction field
Hi guys,
The idea would be to replace the ':' or '>' instructions present on segments by a direction field that
would not display on the segment name but would allow to construct the guidance instructions. This would allow to properly manage the direction signs in the city without having this kind a street : "Street Chip: Dale area" and easily managed the directions in roundabouts, etc.
Thanks for your feedback.

Warning Node (For editors level 3 + ) / Crear un Nodo de avisos (Editores nivel 3 o más)
English: I'm thinking of give the option of create a node with specific instructions readable by the waze voice on the road for experimental editors (level 3 + ) example: slow down, pot hole in 300mts, slow school zone, etc.

Change "Pedestrian Boardwalk" to "Pedestrian Walkway"
English WME should change "pedestrian boardwalk" to "pedestrian walkway". This attribute is used for pathways that are pedestrian-only, but most are not technically "boardwalks" (i.e. wooden walking paths).

Hyphenated house numbers
The Waze Map Editor should add support for addresses with hyphenated house numbers like most of the addresses in Queens. Without hyphenation, addressing is less accurate than it should be.

A map problem for a suspected closed venue
Many venues that are closed remain in the WME and become WME garbage. During the years these "garbage venues" are growing in number, and the editors do not pay attention to them.
I suggest that there will be a new map problem that will pop up when a venue was not a destination of any navigation for a year or two. If the MP is closed without deleting the venue, it will reset the time for that venue (as though it was a navigation destination).16 votes -
Improve editor and driver effectiveness by reconfiguring "Map issue" and "closure" app buttons
Many drivers report temporary closures as map issues instead. This is very frustrating for us map editors! Temporary closures are extremely hard to diagnose, and often a waste of time to try, because many closures are already over by the time we see the reports. The fact that Waze under Apple CarPlay does not even provide access to the “Closure” feature has made the situation worse.
Please reconfigure the app's reporting tree to make closures more intuitive. I suggest renaming "Map issue" to "Route issue" (in English, something similar in other languages). This is how drivers already seem to perceive…

Ability to reorder or select primary picture
Allow the editor to select the primary picture shown in the app that best represents the location for the driver. Another option is to allow drag and drop ordering of all the pictures available in order of precedence.

Manual input for zoom level
With all the new zoom levels being planned, clicking the +/- to go up/down in zoom gets very tiring. This suggestion is to add a "Manual" number input field between the + and - to
a) display the zoom level (instead of using a tooltip) - disadvantage of tooltip is you have to hover your cursor over the zoom control
b) allow you to manually input the number you want the zoom to jump to. For example, you are at zoom level 20. You want to get to zoom level 12. Instead of clicking - 8 times, you type "12"…

Apply alternative name to all selected segments of the street
Today, if an alternative name is only assigned to some segments of a street, and you select also segments of the street without the alternative name, there is no indication of such status and no way to apply the alternative name to all segments. Please add such indication and action.

Move Ferry, Railroad and Runway/Taxiway road types away from road type fast selection buttons
Those mentioned road types are about as rarely needed as the walking trail so moving those away from the normal road type selection buttons would be reasonable, there's no sense to keep those there. Maybe make submenu of those + Walking trail to that part of Unify Action Area?
This would have 2 benefits, it saves a little more of that limited space on left panel and also it helps to prevent accidental clicks which change road type and may go unnoticed when editor hits Save.

Allow moving nodes inside Junction Boxes
Junction Boxes currently prevent moving the location of nodes inside them, which means that geometry edits often need JBs to be deleted and recreated.
