Is it too much to ask for some basic editing tools (actually just cropping), so that we can crop out some identifiable features of individuals. Some photos are actually perfect, but just at the edge of the frame, a registration plate or a face is present. Always a waste to reject such photos :(

A very good example would be the OSTicket support ticketing system, where there are 2 text boxes: One to reply the user, and another for internal notes. Very helpful when 2 or more support agents are discussing on the solution of one ticket. Keeps all the discussion in one place, not having the need to refer to another chatgroup and over time lose the conversation
